"Dex Lawn Care believes in respect between both parties. Before the start of this particular job, you have requested us to come out if you had no results. We agreed and you gave us a call saying there was not. There happened to result in the pictures sent exceeding our expectations after learning you have not been watering. We explained to you that after not doing what was needed, we could not do any more work for free for you. We offered to give it another go at a discounted price. After getting the disrespect and hateful remarks, we could not continue doing business with you unfortunately."
