Getting a hold of someone to talk to about the services to begin with was very bad. We kept calling and no one would answer. We would end up having to leave a messege for them to call us back. Then when they did finally call back you could barely hear them for the bad phone reception they had. When we finally got the job booked they did show up as scheduled. The property was shown to them along with what we wanted done. Then the man came up with the estimated price which we agreed upon. Now this is where the problems started. The drive way the house is concrete and is a bit old so he was asked ahead of time if he thought he would have to use his BIG commercial tree trimming truck to go off in a certain part of the yard where we knew he would have go to get some of the tall limbs down....but he said "No, we shouldn't have a problem getting to those limbs and shouldn't need the truck over there." Then he does indeed use his truck without even telling us that he was going to need to. So what happens??? The concrete caves where he went off the side due to the weight of the truck and busted the box over the  water line and the water line itself! The man instantly started acting like it was not his fault. Making excuses after excuse. We explained that we were not mad because accidents happen but obviously want the stuff fixed. He patched the water line himself but the box was left open and the line was never covered back up. He asked that we let him take care of this without filing through his Commercial Liability Insurance. He said he would come back and take care of it all. So being nice we waited on him to be a man of his word. After waiting over a month talking to him numerous times about it and him making appointments with us on when he was to come and then NOT showing up. He then quit answering our calls and not returning our messages. So we did what anyone would do. We called the insurance company to make a claim. His response to that was "You shouldn't have done that but whatever! I'm not messing with you no more! Just do whatever the H3LL you have to do!" So we got a lawyer and started filing a claim. Also, when we gave him the check for the services in the business name he gave it back to us and asked that we Rewrite the check in his personal name instead, which we thought was a little strange. Not sure what that was about. The work he did was good....as in the limbs and trees were cut properly. But I would not recomend him to anyone after this.
