We are an owner operated small general services company. LNGC LLC specializes in property maintenance. Chances are we we do it when it comes to regular upkeep of both commercial and residential property. Registered and insured we operate out of the state of North Carolina. We provide a wide range of services to meet the needs of different properties. We can power clean your deck and stain it the same day! We Power-wash gutters, walkways, boat docks, roofs, store fronts, equipment, vehicles, etc. Remove unsightly trash and debris such as litter or cigarettes or construction clean up. We do detail cleanings and routine walkthroughs. The owner operator Anthony Logan stands by every job and guarantees result. Invoices and documentation is clear and easy to read and always kept on file. Over ten years experience doing maintenance and property rehab and janitorial/cleaning so problem solving is our key to success. We believe in making any environment cleaner and healthier while earning a living. We are happy to give free estimates and are waiting to answer your call!
