CAROLINA HEATING & COOLING INC

This is for Carolina Heating & Cooling in Cherryville. My heat quit working Thanksgiving morning and it was cold. I didn't know who to call. Carolina Heating & Cooling in Cherryvlle was the closest to me that had a positive Angie's List review. So I used them and they didn't fail me. A technician came the next day. Turns out my old HVAC unit was 12 years old and needed to be replaced instead of repaired. When you look at a $4500 purchase you worry about being screwed. I didn't sleep for wondering about this, but it never happened. From start to finish Carolina Heating & Cooling always took care of my needs. They handled all the little things that came up during the installation and never wanted more money. They did a first class job at the price they quoted. I'm a contractor and I know how things can be done wrong. They did everything right. I was impressed with each of their employees, from the technician that first arrived to the two installers with Brad. I also met the office workers. Their price was very fair and I'm glad I chose them. This was one of those experiences where I prepared myself for the worst but it turned out great. I can truly say that I HIGHLY recommend Carolina Heating & Cooling in Cherryville to anyone.

I had to have a whole new system put in. I was pleased with them. It has been a local company here for years. I did get other prices from other companies and for what I was getting, they gave me the best price. The father who headed it, even though the company is owned by his son, died about a month ago. They sent out letters and things talking about it and asking how they can improve their service. Of course, I've known this family for a long long time. I wouldn't have gone with them if I hadn't have gotten a much better price because I did call Gaston Sheet Metal out of Gastonia. They were $3000 higher and they weren't going to give me all the things that Carolina was. Carolina actually put in all new duct work and everything and put me in a few more vents in the house and stuff like that and they still were $3000 cheaper.
