Had work to do in my back yard with a creek, got destroyed by Helene disaster. Owner Travis told me they were native Indians living in Cherokee, living around water and mountains all their life, so they know how to deal with that. So I hired them. During the work, very nice, but very unexperienced workers on the site when the owner Travis wasnt there. The work was supposed to begin between 9 and 10 every day, they were always there 11-12, 1 time at 2:30pm. Was waiting, they didnt call to say they were late, and not able to reach them text or call. Always a reason, father at the hospital, truck problem, cell problem, etc. Work finally done, fully paid. (But after, we discovered that there is not enought soil over rocks to plant flowers, and part of the soil they provided was contaminated). Owner told me that now the house is protected, water will not go back to the house with the wall protection. If not, he said the work is under warranty 1 year, they will come back anytime to adjust. Now with rains few months later, water came back to the house, wall collapsed, soil disappeared. Called back the owner. We had appointments for adjustments after i sent pictures. 3 times we had appointment, owner didnt show up at all. He never called to cancel, doesn't answer text or phone, i was waiting at home. One other time he was too late because he got a flat (after 12:30pm while supposed to be there between 9 and 10), so i had to cancel, was going for work. Wanted to receive them at least before work. Always a reason, sorry truck broke, tire flat, cell phone broken, etc. The father Michael (ex-owner) wrote to me he was so sorry, he is not involve anymore in his sons activities for work, but his son the owner Travis was deeling with a lot of issues, that is why he wasn't able to show up for adjusments. Finally, they never came back for adjustments.

If you want it done on time and done well 312 are the guys! I had a large lawn 6 inches high covered with leaves. It was a lot of work to be done, But these guys came in led by Travis and worked fast and hard to finish. I am so impressed with this company! This is the second time I have hired them and they are the best. Hire 312 without hesitation. The price is more than fair. 312 are good people. And they will do the job right and on time! Thank you Travis!!!

Excellent lawn service, they do exactly what needs to be done. I have a fairly large lawn with lots of shrubs and flowers, and they did a superb job. They are now my go to Landscaper

Job took longer than expected due to some equipment issues but work was top quality and neat. Cost was excellent. They made some suggestions for improvements that were excellent.
