Franklin and his crew did an amazing job painting our entire interior before we moved in. The prep work was excellent and made the paint job really stand out. It was a lot of work and they didn’t skimp on any details and finished on time or even a little early. Crew was punctual every day and Franklin was very responsive and easy to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone and I’m sure I’ll be calling him to come back in the future.

Franklin and his crew just finished painting our house and all I can say is WOW. They arrived on time, worked tirelessly and neatly and even finished early. They even went an extra step and retouched a wall I had painted. I could not believe how beautiful it looked. I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them again!!! Thank you!!!

What a gentleman the owner Franklin is at Zelaya Jr. Painting. He and his team did great painting and repairs of several rooms in our home. There were alot of windows, doors and trim, so it was a challenging job. I highly recommend them!

Mr. Zelaya showed up with 4 personnel. They did a good job on the floor of the deck. However; the railing were done by two different individuals. Facing the back of the house and the deck the railings on the left side has a fairly smooth (even) coat of stain. However; the railings on the right side has splotches, runs and uneven areas that immediately stand out. Mr. Zelaya was notified of this. He came and reviewed the deck with my wife and immediately refused to redo any areas. Later, on the phone with me, he was unpleasant and wanted an additional $200 to redo that one side, to which I refused. He then stated that he would return to correct the deck. To date we have not heard from him. I am not left with a deck where 1/2 looks like the professional left it unfinished and my 10 year old grandson finished it.

"I apply two coat on your rails and them come back and apply third coat on it to make you happy you did pick the stain and product semi transparent stain deck look good wood show grain when use semi transparent stain it won’t look even he don’t understand that"

Franklin and his team were great to work with. They were able to schedule us within two days and finished in one day. He properly staffed the job and they were very efficient. They were also pleasant and considerate of our floors and house. They even went the extra mile and pressure washed our patio which we had not discussed. Highly recommend.

Very impressed with the workmanship that was provided. Cabinets turned out beautifully, they were a light brown now they are a bright white. Overall the craftsmanship was outstanding. I was also most impressed with the workers, it was obvious that they had worked together for some time as they were highly organized and coordinated. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional job.
