The guy was good. He worked with us. His name was Keenan. He made sure everything was perfect. I went through two or three mortgage company and I could trust this guy. He took us step by step through everything. We got it re financed and saved thousands because of him. It was 6-8% for 20 to 30 years. There was no closing cost. It was incredible. I would use them in the future.
