It ended up being broken. I called them and they told me that they would send me a new one within a week. A month had passed and I never heard from them. I tried to call them again and they have been unresponsive with me. They keep telling me that they will send it out but I have yet to recieve it. The first time I contacted them was on 6/30/12, and I talked to a gentleman that works there, he was going to send a new trimmer and then I was to send the old one back. I then called in on 7/24 and Carla answered. She explained to me that the trimmer unit was going to be shipped the next week because it was on back order. Instead of getting a trimmer I got 2 rolls of trimmer line and a battery. This came in around 8/20.

When I called Worx Power Tools to ask for the batteries a live person answered the phone, no questions or proof of id, they sent the batteries right away, the charger and also six spools of the grass cutter because of the inconvenience to me. 'A's across the board. I would use them again in the future.
