"Ms. [Member Name Removed] We are sorry for your issues. We provide a lifetime warranty to our customers, so our work has to be sealed with caulk, and where window and door trim meet brick is very difficult work because brick being very uneven is not a perfect construction material. Our crew leader talked with you about your installation work, and told you they would be glad to correct any issues if you would just show them to him. You told him everything was great. I am somewhat confused though, because on your completion form on 8/6/18 the day we installed your window and doors, you gave us all 5's, our top rating, and said you would recommend us to friends, which is what we strive for daily. Monday was a bright sunny day here in the Carolinas, and with white trim it is sometimes hard to see a small dent, and we try to recognize this and avoid this. We will be happy to come out an correct any dented material if you will please call the office to let us know you want this scheduled."
"Mr. [Member Name Removed] we wish you the best with your project, and we did provide you with an estimate. Sorry we couldn't help you in the Historical District in Rock Hill. We did make two visits to your home to look at your windows at no charge, and we ultimately declined to contract the work with you with your requirements. We appreciate the opportunity to help you."
"Mr. [Member Name Removed], We are sorry you wouldn't honor our contract and pay the balance due after the windows were installed as per the contract terms. We never threatened you, we did ask you to honor the contract and pay the balance due. After you refused to pay, we did inform you that we would take all necessary steps to collect the money owned."
Have had windows installed both in my home and later at my place of business within last 1.5 years. In both cases Trevor came, explained product options and did measurements. Windows were installed on schedule and done professionally. After installation there was one minor problem that was quickly remedied to my complete satisfaction.
World of Windows is very professional, provides excellent customer service and value. I recommend them and will use them again.

We paid 1/2 down as agreed $9,500.00.
Windows ordered.
July 16th, 2014 - First day of Installation.
Job was promised to be completed in 2 days - Job NOT completed in 2 days.
Installers never returned after November 14, 2014.
Due to Installers being careless our personal property was damaged in the amount of $3,650.00.
We are NOT 100% Satisfied in the LEAST due to the FACT that it took 17 weeks to somewhat complete a job that was promised to be completed in 2 days. We are extremely UNSATISFIED due to the FACT that the vast majority of work done was inferior and one of the installers fraudulently covered up rotten wood and lied about it - FRAUD. He THREATENED the female owner. The POLICE were called out while the OWNER of World of Windows was there with the threatening Installer. Tim Waddell was asked NEVER to trespass again to our home. Therefore, after this turn of events; the FACT that one of World of Windows installers COVERED up ROTTEN WOOD and LIED about it - FRAUD - the OWNER made the executive dicision to uncover every window wrapped and redo each and every window at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. The Owner decided that on November 14, 2014 he no longer would correct any additional errors to the job. We were presented a Bill of the balance due of $9,500.00. We subtracted the $3,650.00 of damages done to our property and personal belongings making a new balance owed of $5850.00. We presented the check in the amount of $5,850.00 to Tim Waddell. He became belligerent and DEMANDED the original balance due of $9,500.00 with NO consideration of the damages known to him in the amount of $3,650.00.
Additionally, we UNHAPPY due to the FACT that World of Window Installers SMOKE on the JOB. Installers SWEAR using the F-word constantly. Installers parade SHIRTLESS outside on our grounds while working. Installers arrive LATE to work. Installers on more than one occasion were a NO-SHOW to work and NEVER CALLED to inform us. We asked continuously throughout this lengthy process for the installers not to smoke, not to swear, not to go shirtless, to arrive on time, and to show up or at least call to inform us otherwise. We were more than patient, lenient, and bent over backwards to accommodate each and every date requested to come at the choosing of World of Windows, not our choosing of times or dates. Our lives were put on hold, and other additional work being done to our home was delayed and delayed due to a particular installer COVERING UP ROTTEN WOOD and THEN LYING ABOUT IT - BEING CAUGHT RED-HANDED.
Overall, this was the WORST EXPERIENCE we have ever been through. We would NEVER recommend World of Windows to anyone. They lied, covered up rotten wood, and tried to cheat us. They were caught red-handed and then threatened one of us. The POLICE were called out to our home. Owner was banned from our premises and so was that installer who tried to CHEAT us; claiming he replaced all the rotten wood. Which he did NOT. We give World of Windows an: F minus - the WORST.
"World of Windows contracted with the [member name removed]’ to install 50 windows in their older home that was in the process of being rehabilitated. The suggestion that 50 plus windows would be installed in 1 or 2 days is unrealistic. We encountered rotten wood at their home which required extra work. World of Windows contract provides for extra cost for this type remedial work, but the [member name removed]’ have failed and refused to pay these charges. Now they have published this misleading and defamatory report, in order to attack us. World of Windows did quality work on the property, and expects to be paid for it. World of Windows has filed litigation against these owners to enforce our valid contract. On advice of counsel, we are limiting our specific responses to the [member name removed] false and preposterous accusations. This matter should be and will be handled in the courts."
