Installer was supposed to be at my house between 11-1. He arrived at 2:20. Therefore, I had to leave before he could complete the job b/c he was not on time. He installed the doors, but failed to make sure that they closed properly. The knob does not catch so the door will not stay closed. The deadbolt does not line up correctly so the doors cannot be locked to make them stay closed. It was the worst install I have ever seen and the installer should be fired for leaving a client in that situation. Door was installed on 10/11/21. I have tried repeatedly to get someone out here to correct the issue. The Window Nation representatives that I have talked to assure me that someone in the service department is going to contact me, but so far, it's been 3 weeks and no one has bothered to call. In the meantime, I have the 2 doors bungee-corded together so that no critters will get into my basement. At this point, there is no way that I would ever recommend Window Nation to anyone. Soon I guess I'll have to go to another provided to get them to correct what Window Nation has failed to do. Rest assured that you will never get a recommendation from me.

After several different quotes for this project I decided to go with Window Nation. The fact that the windows were measured and made to these measurements was a big selling point. A standard window was not made to fix my existing window frames. Order was placed the end of February and installed June 26,2021. I was given updates in regard to progress of my order. My only problem was being told I had to move all furniture at least 3-6 feet away from windows which was never mentioned by the salesperson at the time of signing contract. The one selling point was that the windows would be installed by factory trained installers and not sub contractors. When the installers arrived (on time) they spoke very little English. This was not what I was expecting so I immediately called my salesperson who did answer and respond to my call on a Saturday. I placed the install on hold until the supervisor of the crew arrived and assured me the installers were trained, etc. After speaking with him I decided to continue with the install. These guys worked until 9 pm installing windows making sure I was happy and satisficed along with removing all debris from the install.

Wow! we could not be happier with our new windows and doors. On day 2of our install, Igor phoned us to say that all of his tools had been stolen from his trailer. note that his trailer was locked and secured at a locked storage facility that had cameras!! While most people would call it quits for the day frustrated by police reports, buying new equipment and just the general drag of the whole ordeal not Igor, at 12:30 the team showed up with a thousands of dollars of new equipment (his $$) and they finish the job!!! Not only did they finish at 8:30 in darkness with lighting but the job they did was fantastic!! Igor is a master at his job and his crew follows with expert precision. We highly recommend Window Nation, the windows and doors look amazing and the install was fantastic! Paul and Mary L.

I've hired Window Nation to replace the windows in the last 2 houses I've lived in but this review is about their customer service. I couldn't figure out how to get my screen out and the technician, Glenn Hillgrove, patiently collected all my information, reviewed pictures I sent him, and walked me through the process as I was actually doing it, all this in a single call (and this wasn't the screens with the easy-tabs)

My sales guy has never responded to my emails, I have two damaged windows that I now have to fix, as they don’t do “carpenter work”. I had originally ordered black trim, but the install manager said that only 50% of the customers like the black trim. So he told me the day of install, he would bring both and do one window to let me see which one I liked. Day of install, manager was NOT there, and the lead guy said he could not do that, otherwise they would have to charge me. He called his manager to verify what was told to me, and the manager lied and said he never said that. Then they never told me to remove blinds, and so the lead guy was nice enough to do. For the price, and the non response from my sales guy, the install manager lying about what he told me, and the two damaged windows that I now have to fix...and the money that I spent... I would have went with another company. At least they were honest about what they could and couldn’t do. Which is why I went with Window Nation, because they said that they would cover everything and it will look like they were never there. The one thing that they did say, is they couldn’t / wouldn’t replace molded wood in the seal... which was fine, but damaging my window boarder was NEVER discussed!

The men arrived on time and went right to work. This crew of young men were very polite and courteous. They did a fantastic job and once completed went over all details about my windows and door. Could not have asked for a more professional job.

Everything from the initial estimate meeting to install was a great experience. We feel like we received a very quality product and the installation team created exactly what we hoped for. Every step of the way, we were told timeframes and schedules and all of them were met. The windows are phenomenal and created the exact finished appearance and quality that we felt we were paying for. We couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

The windows that were installed where of a very high quality. We contacted Window Nation about six months after installation and requested an adjustment to one of the windows. The service man who came was extremely professional and made the adjustment. We have been impressed with the quality and the personnel at Window Nation.

Moshe the sales representative worked diligently with us to work within my budget to get me with window I wanted and we had a very limited budget. Jen in logistics made us aware of the schedule and updated us on a delay at the warehouse that pushed the start time back a few hours. Jesse was our only installer! He replaced all the windows, sealed, trimmed and left the yard spotless! He let me know when he left and returned for products/breaks, and was extremely professional. I couldn't be happier with the service and work. I would highly recommend them.

I thought they're [3:53] was excellent. The salesman called me multiple times to help me get my [4:04] to [4:16]. They followed up afterwards and had constant communication. I think I liked that the most, the fact that I wasn't calling them they were calling me. I'll go back to them again.
