They were very professional and helpful beginning with the original call to completion of the job. However, in speaking with the owner, I found that they are no longer a part of Angie's List. Some of the info included in Angie's page no longer applies, (i.e 15% senior discount). While this was a let down, it was not a deal breaker. They do exceptional work in a timely manner, and at a fair price. I highly recommend them

I purchased the Angie Deal for a new pull-out kitchen faucet for $225. I called the office and spoke with Shelley prior to purchasing just to confirm what type of faucet was part of the deal. I was comfortable with everything and scheduled for service the same week. Andy arrived on time and was very courteous, professional, and quick. Total install time was under an hour and Andy even found a few issues with our dishwasher lines that he fixed at no extra charge. I was very pleased with both the value of the deal and Willman plumbing. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs, thank you Andy and Shelley.

The service man, Andy, was professional and courteous. I was very impressed with how quickly he assessed the problem and made repairs. I could not be more pleased. Also I would like to say that Bonnie who was the contact person I spoke with to make the initial appointment was wonderful and provided outstanding customer service.

This company is fabulous! The work was performed professionally and at a reasonable cost. The thing that MOST impressed me was the fact that they came back out AFTER HOURS that same night to fix an issue that they didn't even cause because they wanted to make sure that it wasn't something that they had done. They are now my 'go to' plumbing company!!!

We called Willman Plumbing to help us with an issue we were having in our office garbage disposal. The woman on the phone was extremely helpful. Her son-in-law was the one to come perform the service and he was very polite and professional. He did an excellent job in a very timely manner. He was very thorough and paid attention to the smallest details. We were very pleased.

We've used Willmann Plumbing for about 10 years, for everything from replacing leaking shut off valves, replacing washers in leaky faucets, clearing washing machine and main plumbing drains, and replacing a rusted, leaking drain line in the exterior wall behind the kitchen sink. We have always found them to be courteous, prompt, professional, and fair in pricing of their services.

Willmann Plumbing Company has been the plumber of choice in my family, for two generations. My father, who was a great believer in getting the best, used them; and I have continued to do so for all my plumbing needs. I have been extremely pleased with all of the work they have done at my house - hotwater heater, three new toilets, two new bathroom sinks, new kitchen sink; plus sundry other repairs over the nearly 40 years we have lived in our house in Sherwood Forest. I can recommend them without reservation.

On 6/2/10 they showed up on time, hooked up the ice maker, changed the washers in the sinks, and attempted to clear the kitchen drain from the sink. When that didn't work they borrowed our ladder to climb on the roof to use one of their machines to clear the drain from the roof vent. This cleared the sink effectively. The next morning we noticed that the ice maker hook up under the sink was leaking, as were the faucets where they replaced the washers (the sink handle was no longer leaking but now the faucet was). We called them and made arrangements for them to come back 6/4/10. They came back, said they fixed everything, and left. Next morning, still had leaks. Rescheduled for 6/7/10. When they did not show up at the appointed time, my husband called and was told that the son (who was supposed to come out) was sick and so Mr. Willmann would be there shortly. When Mr. Willmann arrived he said the son was held up on another job (?). He fixed the leak in the ice maker hook up. He said the wrong washers had been installed in the 2 sinks and so replaced those. The bathroom sink no longer leaks, but the kitchen sink now leaks from the faucet when it did not before they 'fixed' it. When we received our bill, we were charged labor for all 3 trips, a fee for using the machine to clear the drain, and supplies for all of the washers, including the ones that were incorrect. We did come to an agreement on a fair price.

It is a locally owned company, they are the oldest company in Charlotte - I think 3 generations now. They have an excellent service reputation and they are very responsive. Mrs. Wilmann is the woman in the office and she takes the calls and she is just wonderful. She is very symapthetic and she is anxious to get someone on the job, she always wants to know how urgent it is. It is just a pleasure to talk to her.

Their staff is really good. They respond real quickly to phone calls. One time I had an issue on a Sunday with a drain they had unclogged. It had clogged again. I called them and they were there first thing Monday morning and they had offered to come out on that Sunday. I love them. They do a good job.

I have used Willmann Plumbing for many years and have always been pleased with their work. They arrive when they say they will and do good quality work. Mrs. Willmann, who handles the calls, also is very helpful and has saved me a service call on a couple of occasions by offering an explanation over the phone. Their prices also are reasonable.

The plumber was great and promptly fixed the problem.

Communication was excellent. Labor charge at $84/hour was higher than expected.
