Welcome to Willmann Plumbing Company and Design!, Charlotte's first and oldest plumbing company. Family owned and operated since 1884, Willmann Plumbing has earned its reputation among commercial and residential customers for impeccable workmanship and dependable service. Our trained staff can locate and promptly repair any plumbing issue. After 134 years of doing plumbing in the greater Charlotte area, Willmann Plumbing continues to be a reliable steward. Jim Willmann is the company's fourth generation owner. He runs the business with his wife, Bonnie, daughter Shelley and son in law Andy Harbin. They were very professional and helpful beginning with the original call to completion of the job. However, in speaking with the owner, I found that they are no longer a part of Angie's List. Some of the info included in Angie's page no longer applies, (i.e 15% senior discount). While this was a let down, it was not a deal breaker. They do exceptional work in a timely manner, and at a fair price. I highly recommend them

I purchased the Angie Deal for a new pull-out kitchen faucet for $225.  I called the office and spoke with Shelley prior to purchasing just to confirm what type of faucet was part of the deal.  I was comfortable with everything and scheduled for service the same week.  Andy arrived on time and was very courteous, professional, and quick.  Total install time was under an hour and Andy even found a few issues with our dishwasher lines that he fixed at no extra charge.  I was very pleased with both the value of the deal and Willman plumbing.  I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing needs, thank you Andy and Shelley.

The service man, Andy, was professional and courteous. I was very impressed with how quickly he assessed the problem and made repairs. I could not be more pleased. Also I would like to say that Bonnie who was the contact person I spoke with to make the initial appointment was wonderful and provided outstanding customer service.

This company is fabulous!  The work was performed professionally and at a reasonable cost.  The thing that MOST impressed me was the fact that they came back out AFTER HOURS that same night to fix an issue that they didn't even cause because they wanted to make sure that it wasn't something that they had done.  They are now my 'go to' plumbing company!!!

We called Willman Plumbing to help us with an issue we were having in our office garbage disposal. The woman on the phone was extremely helpful. Her son-in-law was the one to come perform the service and he was very polite and professional. He did an excellent job in a very timely manner. He was very thorough and paid attention to the smallest details. We were very pleased.

We've used Willmann Plumbing for about 10 years, for everything from replacing leaking shut off valves, replacing washers in leaky faucets, clearing washing machine and main plumbing drains, and replacing a rusted, leaking drain line in the exterior wall behind the kitchen sink. We have always found them to be courteous, prompt, professional, and fair in pricing of their services.

Willmann Plumbing Company has been the plumber of choice in my family, for two generations. My father, who was a great believer in getting the best, used them; and I have continued to do so for all my plumbing needs. I have been extremely pleased with all of the work they have done at my house - hotwater heater, three new toilets, two new bathroom sinks, new kitchen sink; plus sundry other repairs over the nearly 40 years we have lived in our house in Sherwood Forest.
I can recommend them without reservation.
