Asking Terri Orr to help sell our home turned out to be the best decision we could have made. Her expertise resulted in our house being purchased by the second individual who viewed it. Since we are senior citizens, Terri knew just how we should stage our house so that it would appeal to younger buyers. At very little expense, we were able to make our home much more inviting. Terri also did an excellent job developing a video of photographs of the interior and exterior of our home which she set to music and made it available online. This video was the way that our buyer was first introduced to our home. Terri is very knowledgeable and was able to answer our many questions which we had during this whole process. She was very patient and understanding as she guided us every step of the way. Both my husband and I are glad to recomment Terri Orr to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy, hardworking realtor.

I'd like to explain, for readers, the "cost" figure. That amount represents the entire commission which was then split between 2 companies and their agents. [Member Information Removed], half of that goes to the buyer's firm. As a seller's agent I receive my compensation from the other half of that, after franchise fees, office fees, transactions fees, MLS fees and advertising expenses.
