The whole experience with west shore was a great experience, we noticed a gap in one of doors seals were leaking. They sent out 2 guys Adelaidm and micheal J out very nice in 20 minutes fixed the door and checked the other door they installed. There is a reason this company gets a 5 star ratings. We love the doors and the window. They have improved our home with lower heating bills as we noticed a diffrence in our heating and cooling bills.

From the initial meeting with Scott, to the amazing install by Brian J and Dan G, we are very satisfied. The work of the install team was so precise. It took 2 days as we knew it would, and they completely cleaned up everything after the first day so the bathroom (minus the shower) was accessible and usable. That was my biggest surprise.

Poor quality of work, didnâ t clean up after themselves; left cigarette butts in my mulch & food on my driveway (ants ants ants everywhere). Hooked up the hot & cold water to the shower backwards. Were not to touch the vanity but removed the trim I am guessing because of the new floor, replaced it with white trim against an oak vanity & gray floor. When the guy came back out to make corrections he refused to change the trim because the contract said they were not to touch the vanity! So now i have to pay someone else to fix there screw up! Black marker marks found on the shower wall & floor. Contract said demo of floor for replacement floor (it was ceramic tile) instead they took the short cut to just lay the new floor on top of the old. After another trip to make repairs I am still finding issues, they tell you to sign that all is ok but you arenâ t given time to look yourself. I have a window of block glass in the shower that they put a window kit around, since they left I have 2-3 blocks with several cracks in them, they were not there before! Anyone who uses these amateurs is asking for problems! I havenâ t even given you the entire list! So discouraging! I am also sure they will remove this from their website because there is NO way they have 4.6 average score otherwise! I took pics of everything wrong but I am sure they will never contact me & not sure I want them to touch anything again!!!
