They were great for the first 5-10 years we had them. They don't always come weekly. That is one of the problems I have with them.

We have a large residential lot with tons of mature and overgrown landscaping. We wanted to thin things out a bit and get the rest under control. Greg was quick to respond and come out for an estimate. I appreciated the fact that he made suggestions along the way to help execute our plan. He was very knowledgeable and confident in his work. We had estimates from other landscape companies where quite honestly the guys were overwhelmed and intimidated by the job. I had the quote from Greg within a couple of days and he was able to start the job a couple of weeks after. His guys showed up on time and worked HARD pretty much until the sun went down. Yard looks great and we plan on using the crew again for one project in the near future and for regular maintenance throughout the year.

Greg was quick to call me back, and came out to talk and assess what our yard needed. He was also prompt with getting me a quote.
His men came back to do the landscaping several days later, which impressed us. They did a great job, and didn't leave until they were finished, which was past 7pm.
We have more work we want Greg to help us with this fall.
I'm very happy with the experience and would gladly recommend Webb Landscape Management to anyone who asks.

They consistently damaged our shrubs. We also had significant communication issues with the workers who primarily spoke Spanish. We finally got tired of dealing with these concerns that were never resolved and cancelled their service.

I told you at the time you signed on to our sevice that I personally manage my crews and that all requests/issues were to come through me. My employees have [Member Name Removed] schedule to adhere to and I want to know what they are doing. Also, you hired us due to the quality of your neighbors yard which we still do to this day after 10 years of service and 2 different owners. In fact the former owner of your neighbors house just hired us again at his new house after not using [Member Name Removed] service for several years. Lastly, we have not worked for you since July 31, 2012. Somewhat curious as to why you would now be submitting [Member Name Removed] review after 4 years and this was sure not the reason you told me back in 2012 that you would no longer use our service. The provider has managed the property since redoing it last summer. It is in great shape and we are quite pleased that we went with one provider for the comprehensive service. The price is quite fair for the value being delivered. We recently purchased a new home and are using the provider at that property as well.

The owner of the business personally managed our project. He designed the overall plan based on initial interviews with us. The project was incredibly large with many moving parts and it was done during the summer months. The work was well-coordinated and was thoughtfully done. The team showed their great care in doing the work and was evident by the quality of effort and the quality of the outcome. The project transformed our exterior and the feedback from the neighbors was very positive. We have received calls from folks asking us who did our yard!. We were so impressed by them, we hired them do to the maintenance going forward. As i write this review we are 10 months out from when it was finished and it looks great as it continues to grow and take shape.

They were unresponsive and showed up somewhat erratically (not on the same day each week, sometimes on a Saturday/holiday/etc). Also, never got advance notice before chemical treatments on my lawn, which bothered me. Switched about a year ago.

In the end they did a terrible job. I released them in March of this year. Their prices were extremely overpriced. I would say they price gouge. They were very unresponsive. They take on too much work and couldn't get it done. We called him over and over before we released. I couldn't communicate with his workers. It was impossible to talk to them. No one spoke any English.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH HIS WORK AND HIS PRICE WAS REASONABLE. IF SOME OF THE PLANTS DID NOT END UP GROWING HE WOULD REPLACE THEM.

What they do, they do well but they don't actually do all they say they will. I don't think they have ever pruned the trees. He doesn't call me back, when I ask him to check on problems. I don't want to get rid of them ,because it's so difficult to find another company. Maybe there's something going on that is preventing him from getting the job done.

I have been a customer of Greg Webb's for 2 years and I am disappointed. I think Greg is a good guy who has more work than he can handle. His responsiveness is atrocious. He absolutely will not return a phone call. I stuck with Greg for a while because I was pleased with the quality of the job. But the quality has declined since I first started with Greg and my backyard is now full of weeds and my beds are full of leaves. I'm switching to someone else.

Egad! When I offered a fair price, one we got an estimate for ($110)Mr. Webb refused. I told him that I would have to write a report--since that's how Angie's List works, and he wrote back: ''also we are not as involved with them as we once were because of the type of client we have received from them.'' Be warned, Angie's Listers--this guy does not want your business.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE, AND I PUT THIS IN CAPS FOR A REASON. IF WE HAVE GONE FROM A RATHER EMBARRASSING TO THE BEST IN THE ENTIRE SUBDIVISION (IT'S A SHAME WE DON'T HAVE YARD OF THE MONTH BECAUSE IT WOULDN'T BE A CONTEST). MY CONCERN UPON INITIAL CONTACT WAS GREGG CALLING ME BACK ON A TIMELY BASIS--ABSOLUTELY NOT A PROBLEM, HAS NEVER BEEN LONGER THAN 24 HRS. HE IS GETTING READY TO BUILD US A LANDSCAPING RETAINING WALL WITH LIGHTING, IRRIGATION, I'M TELLING YOU STOP HERE -- NO OTHER CHOICE. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.

Gregg returned my call promptly and quickly got me an estimate after looking at the work I wanted to have done. He visited my house a second time to review what I wanted to have done and discuss the specific plants and placement. The work was completed in the timing we discussed.
