The Web Don crew missed appointments, were late, sloppy and did a lousy job of measuring and installing the countertop and backsplash. The crew hammered the plaster walls in order to get the mis-measured counter in the space. Endsplashes had to be added to cover up the wall damage. The backsplash was cut too long and is consequently pulling away from the wall. Excessive caulk was applied to cover up gaps where the counter was cut too short. Terrible work and very unprofessional behavior. NEVER again will Web Don or Home Depot be hired for home improvement.
