From the initial contact to the completion of the job was nothing less than professional.

Very well done job. Fast and completed in a timely manner. Made informed suggestions when asked about types of stains/mold on our carpets, didn't just treat for the issues we thought we had, told us we didn't have mold (which could easily have increased the price).Took the time to clean additional rooms of carpet we had not originally asked for when we set-up the appointment.
Gladly answered several questions about other issues we have been having concerning our wood flooring (unrelated to services they offer).
Have used Wayne's services several times over the years, love working with him and his crew. Very personable and does good work.
Love that this is a family business, will always speak directly with Betty or Wayne personally.Would happily recommend this company to anyone.

Wayne was very prompt to come out and provide estimate and was then able to quickly schedule the date to have carpet stretched in several areas and cleaned.  Excellent results on both of these needs.  There were at least 7-8 places that needed to be stretched, some of which I thought were going to be rather tricky and would present a challenge.  No problem, the stretched areas look great.  There were also several very dark stains that had been there for several years and Wayne was able to get them out - carpet looks great.

The company was wonderful - I contacted them from an Angie's List Referral and they came out the same day. They provided a free and competitive estimate and we scheduled the repairs for the very next day. Wayne's assistant did his work quietly and professionally with little disruption to our day. They snipped the worn edges of the carpets and reglued a few places that were coming up. They also repaired a huge gash where a previous computer contractor had cut the carpet to run lines underneath. You can barely even tell that the carpet was ripped in that spot and their price was right on!!! We WILL be calling them again if future repairs are needed. Wonderful company, quick, professional and reasonable.

THE MAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NEAT.

IF ONE COULD GRADE HIGHER THAN AN ''A'' I WOULD. THE REPAIR JOB WAS BEAUTIFUL. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY REMNANT AND HE HAD TO USE SOME CARPET FROM A CLOSET--YOU COULDN'T EVEN TELL ANY HAD BEEN TAKEN FOR THE REPAIR. HE WAS COURTEOUS AND EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. THE REPAIR WAS REMARKABLE. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM IN THE FUTURE!!!!

THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND POLITE. I WAS A LITTLE TAKEN BACK BY THE STRONG ODOR OF CIGARETTE SMOKE AND THE T-SHIRTS AND JEANS. THE OCCASIONAL SIGHING AND GRUNTING WAS A LITTLE UNCOMFORTABLE, BUT THEY WERE NICE. THERE WAS A SOAP STAIN I HAD POINTED OUT TO THEM FROM THE START THAT OBVIOUSLY STILL REMAINED AFTER THE CLEANING. THEY MADE NO MENTION OF IT. I HAVE NOT CALLED THE COMPANY BACK REGARDING THE STAIN SO I CANNOT RATE THEM ON RETURN TRIPS. OVERALL, THE RUGS LOOK GOOD.

HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS

USED FOR CARPET CLEANING,HE'S THE GUY I HAVE USED FOR UPHOLSTERY CLEANIGN. DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB ON MY WALL-TO-WALL HALLWAY CARPET. I WASN'T EVEN HERE. SOMEONE WAS HERE TO LET HIM IN, BUT HE JUST LEFT A BILL. I THOUGHT IT WAS A GREAT PRICE.

HE CLEANS OUR FURNITURE. HE'S A ONE MAN SHOP, AND A SWEET GUY AD IS KNOWN FOR HIS QUALITY. FEW SHOPS WILL DO SILK, BUT HE WILL AND THEN HE TELLS YOU HOW TO KEP IT CLEAN SO HE WON'T HAVE TO RETURN AS OFTEN.
