His work was AWESOME!!! He arrived on time, was very friendly and professional. His rates are reasonable and he really cares about his work. I have given his name and number to several friends and family members. I have used his services again since the initial service for a tricky electrical problem in my den.

We cannot say enough good about Bo (Earl) Watts and the work he did on updating 90-year-old wiring in our house. He was extremely thorough, conscientious, diligent and easy to work with. It went well. One set of lights were installed with no problems. A second set of lights would require quite a bit of drywall cutting and repair. We decided to not install these. Mr Watts is very knowledgeable and experienced with electrical items. We would definitely hire again.

Right from the beginning it went extremely well from making contact, setting up appointment, arriving when he said he would to review tge work being requested. Gave ballpark estimate when there and then followed up with formal estimate which was close to the ballpark estimate. Earl was a very honest and thorough electrician who took the time to explain to my husband what he would need to do and how it all worked. We scheduled the work and again on time, professional and thorough. He walked me through step by step on how to turn handle everything when we have loss of electric. We actually had the opportunity to use it when we had ice in December and lost electric for 2 days! I followed the step by step instructions and everything worked like clockwork! I have recommended Earl to others since!

I needed an electrician to follow up on a home inspection item that came up. I sent Bo an email through Angie's List late on Thursday night and I had a text from him first thing Friday morning and he was at my home by noon that day. He was extremely courteous and confirmed the issue from the home inspection and provided me the paperwork within a couple hours after leaving my home. The rate was reasonable and the job was done quickly and correctly, I can't ask for much more than that.

Earl or "Bo" was quick to respond, easy to communicate with, very detail-oriented, and tried to come up with the most cost-effective manner to deal with our situation. We were very pleased with his work and would hire him again in the future.

Mr. Watts came quite a distance to help us out and was prompt, polite, and professional. He did a great job and was very thorough to make sure there were no surprises left for us by others that wired our well pump and temporary power box. He understood what we needed and swapped out the 50 amp breaker for a 30 amp breaker. We now have water at our construction site, which should help us get our house completed soon. Definitely recommend him.

I called Watts Electric & Services and Earl answered on the third ring. Said he doing some personal business and would call me in an hour. He called in an hour and was at my house a half hour later. I told him that the outlets in all three bathrooms were dead. The electric panel had a breaker named "Bathrooms GFCI" and that I thought it needed replacing. In checking the third bathroom he found a GFCI outlet that had been popped. He explained that this outlet controlled all three bathroom outlets. Once he reset that outlet all bathrooms were working. Earl was fast, thorough, professional, and explained the wiring to me. He was friendly and I recommend him for any electric need you may have.

Earl is a nice man and a knowledgeable electrician. The job took longer than I was expecting and therefore cost more than I was expecting. Other than the time/price - I'm satisfied with his work.

Bo explained via phone that he had some other jobs lined up when my husband called last week, so my husband waited a week for service--it wasn't an urgent matter, and we had trouble finding a company who would service our rural location in Stanley County. Per my husband who met him, Bo was a nice gentleman who drove out to our place in Stanfield from Mint Hill. Pleasant to talk to. Explained the work that he did. Honest. Fair. We are glad we waited for him, and we will hire him again.
