They did a wonderful job. They were very thoughtful. They took care of the lawns. Whenever I call them, they get back to me. I have had no problem with them. They are responsive and are here when they say they will be here.

Waterworks did a great job start to finish. They were knowledgeable and worked quickly. They cleaned up completely and explained everything in detail. They installed my original system 14 years ago and have done most of the maintenance ever since.

We have been using WaterWorks Irrigation for 4 years and in general have been very happy with them. We first used them to have our sprinkers re-layed out when we changed landscaping. FYI for everyone it is more costly to rework sprinklers than to install new ones. We just installed a spa and again the sprinkers were completely torn up by backhoes and bobcats. We also wanted to install landscape lighting since everything was being torn up and the spa electric panel was being installed. I designed the lighting for the most part but Waterworks made some very good suggestions that worked out better. I was somewhat disappointed to find they used an analog transformer without variable voltage when a digital transformer was specified. The other inconvenient aspect for WaterWorks is the lack of e-mail and texting. He just doesn't like it and doesn't use it. Not a big deal if you are flexible but it wasn't always convenient for me.

Water Works has been working on our irrigation system since it was installed 10 years ago or so. EVERY time I call them back for service (due to us messing something up), I'm reminded why we LOVE these guys. This particular time, all I asked them to do was replace the pump housing that had cracked - I forgot about the two sprinkler heads that weren't working/aligned properly. The evening of the day of their visit, I went out to the pump to check the repair work which, of course, was flawless. What I also discovered was they had replaced the two defective heads, realigned the spray for all and basically had given the sytem a once over for performance. THAT'S SERVICE! They clean up so well after themselves we generally don't know they've been there. This couldn't have been more obvious when they did our initial installation. They dug up exactly what they needed to do the work, there was no extra soil, and all the lines were graded smooth (no gopher trails). You could barely tell we had work done. I don't know how he does it but I never give it a second thought when I ask them to come out to do work at the house. I would highly recommend Tim and his crew for any irrigation project. I wish everyone was as conscientious as these guys but I guess there would be no need for Angie's List then would there...

Everything was great. My neighbors recommended him for the work, and they were very happy with him. You do have to communicate with him through his office, rather than calling his cell phone, but he does call you back. It was a fairly expensive project, but his prices were reasonable. I was very happy with him.

We inherited their services when we bought the house a little over 4 years ago and they have been great. They were especially helpful when the city severed one of our lines, they were out right away and got everything taken care of. We will continue to use them.
