We have a maintenance package that is not exactly cheap. The cost is in our monthly payment. I will continue to use them for the duration of the contract.

We were quoted a price for $12000.00 for a Chevy Malibu. We had to figure out financing so when we go that squared away we went back 2 days later and they told us the price was now 14,000!!!!! As we were trying to get financing, we needed info from the salesman and he would not return our calls. They were very unprofessional towards my son and I when we returned to the lot to make the deal. I have never been so frustrated in my life trying to buy a car. I see that they pulled the 2,000 thing with another reviewer. Must be their MO for selling cars. I would not reccomend them to ANYONE.

We felt comfortable working with Joey. I never sensed that he pushed us for the sale and really seemed concerned that we be comfortable with the buying process. When we finally decided what we wanted in the car, he found us a car that met those criteria. I have never liked the car buying experience but felt comfortable throughout this purchase and felt Joey was more concerned with finding us a car that met our needs than making a sale. We have a daughter who may need a car within about 6 months. We'll feel comfortable coming back to this dealership and Joey. When we finally decided to make the purchase, we met his manager, Obie, who helped us with the final details. Like Joey, I did not feel I was being pushed by Obie and at no time, did I feel I was being and quot;takenand quot;. I feel comfortable recommending Joey and Obie to our friends.

It went exceptionally well and as promised. The service department greeted us promptly% and pr ofessionally.We went for a routine oil change on Saturday 1//26 and they noticed a shake in the car when pulling it in the back. They checked it out and realized it was a bearing. Once informed, we asked what the estimate for that work would be. We were informed that we had warranty coverage and that we could drop the car Monday morning gsince it was late in the day already, and they would fix it. So we dropped our vehicle off for warranty work. On Monday morning and They provided us a loaner vehicle , made the necessary repairs and called us when our vehicle was ready.

I have used Al Miller in the service department at Victory for years. He is an excellent mechanic. He will tell you what needs to be repaired without an upsell. I highly recommend Al Miller. I don't know about the quality of the work of the other mechanics.
