Victor is a everything that we were looking for in a realtor.  From our first meeting, through closing on our beautiful dream home, and even beyond (yes, a week after closing Victor is still checking in with us!)  At the start, Victor sat down with us and after a brief description of what we were looking for in a home and community, he had pinpointed the very same neighborhoods we had been looking at on our own, and offered more suggestions that as it turned out were even better suited our needs.  He worked within our budget to maximize the home for our price range.  Every service was completed promptly with a level of courteous professionalism that was above and beyond our expectations.  He literally worked day and night to ensure that we got the best deal, in the best neighborhood for our lifestyle, in the shortest amount of time.  I often hear discouraging stories of home buying experiences.  With Victor, our experience was nothing but a pleasure.  If you are looking for a realtor who will listen to you, and work for you with a friendly, courteous, attitude, and who is also a tenacious go-getter, Victor is the realtor for you.

Victor was the absolute best! He guided us through each and every step of the home buying process and really made it an enjoyable experience for the both of us. He exceeded our expectations every step of the way. Not only was he organized, well informed, and a valuable tool to have for EVERYTHING home related, but he did not stop working and caring about us even after we moved in. He recommended what service providers to use AND set them up for us. He truly wants his clients to be happy, and we never once felt pressured into anything! Victor is the best of the best. We can't imagine buying or selling a house without him, and would recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell!

He actually managed to sell our house before we even put it on the market.  He guided us through the whole process and really had our best interests at heart. Victor Adhieh did a great job on selling my home.  I was looking for a particular agent who actually would sell and not just show my home.  Victor did a great job each step of the way, keeping me informed, and going over certain things that would come up.  We would always talk about what needs to be done and move forward from there.  We received and offer within two weeks and agreed on one within three.  With the housing market being a little slow and being more of a buyers market I did not want to lost money on the home and I actually wanted to make a profit.  Victor did a great job getting me the net profit I was seeking and he worked hard to sell my home not just show it.  I would recommend Victor Adhieh to anyone wanting to sell or or purchase a home.  They will make the process easy and you will be well satisfied in the end.

We cannot speak highly enough of Victor & Renee.  They helped to make an otherwise confusing and stressful process to be relatively painless and easy to follow.  They are always willing to help us out any hour of the day or night and we always felt like we were their number one priority.  Trustworthy, attentive, professional and assertive are all adjectives that come to mind when I think of them.

Victor and Renee have been fabulous!  They helped us determine the value of our home, but most importantly, they helped us determine what the best options were for our family long range.  They didn't push us in any one direction for their own profit.  They truly wanted to help us and see us happy, whether that meant selling right now or not.  In the end, we decided to put an addition on our home and hold off on selling.  However, when we do get back to selling, we will have Victor and Renee's name on our sign out front.  We would absolutely recommend them to our friends and family.  They are prompt and respectful, creative and thoughtful.  Also, having the couple working together gives a unique prospective to the whole experience.  They each have something to add, and they are a joy to work with together. 

I can not say enough good things about Victor & Renee. They have helped my husband and I on two occassions now where they were not benefited at all! We have been considering refinancing our home or a possible renovation. Victor & Renee provided comparables for our area that helped us determine that refinancing or renovation may be the best option INSTEAD of selling our home which of course would be to their benefit. Besides being helpful and providing the information we needed, they were so quick to respond and so professional. You can tell they really know what they are doing and are experts in the market. I look forward to the day that we finally do sell our home and purchase a new one so that I can work even more closely with Victor & Renee. They will be our first phone call!

Victor & Renee Ahdieh of Savvy & Company Real Estate helped us every step of the way with both houses (one sold, one purchased).  With two young kids, we had a lot going on so it was critical for them to stay up to speed on everything.  They were excellent in terms of quality, responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism.  We also received a half percent discount for our broker fees on our former residence.  Victor & Renee were VERY proactive in every sense of the word and always kept us in the loop.  We absolutely needed them to be due to the fact that we had a double closing on 6/18/13 and they delivered.  They stepped up and were on top of their game for us and now we have a beautiful home to raise our family in!  They honestly went above and beyond in working with all of the key players (settlement agent, loan doc specialists, buyer agent, etc) to make this happen for us, as smoothly as possible, and we appreciate them very much for all that they did.

Victor was amazing. He actually listened to us and what was important to us in a home. He was so wonderfully helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. Buying a house is always stressful, but being hundreds of miles away could make it much worse! We could always count on Victor to do whatever needed to be done and to find answers to our many, many questions.
