After moving out and getting settled at a temporary residence, we then began working with one of his buying agents, Sunita. My wife and I had a fairly specific type of house we were looking for, so we knew buying was going to be a bit more difficult than selling. And at the time, houses were selling very quickly, which made the market tough. You had to act fast. After a couple of months, and after seeing many houses, we finally found a fresh listing. Sunita got us into the house on day 1 of this particular listing, and we were able to secure the home. Closing again went smoothly and we were in the house withing about 6 weeks from going under contract.
Steve and his team were great to work with, were very responsive, and their closing agent, Sophie, made the closing process during both buying a selling very easy. I would gladly recommend Steve and his team to friends and family.

under contract, but we never could get the home to closing. After multiple attempts to close we gave up for a while, but called Steve the following year when we were ready to give it another go. He discussed pricing with us and shared the impressively comprehensive methods by which he markets all his homes. It took just days for us to receive multiple offers, and we were under contract before we knew it. Most importantly, this time we finally made it to closing!
Once our home was under contract, Steve's closing coordinator (Sophie) walked us through the rest of the process. Sophie is an absolute dream to work with. She's incredibly responsive, organized, and professional. It made the tedium of selling a home (e.g. inspections, paperwork) a breeze.

because the home went under contract in two days. Our main concern was holding two mortgages at the same time, but that turned out to be a non-issue because we closed both homes one week apart. Needless to say, we had a great experience!
