Poorly. They broke the drain plug and had to go to another store to get one. Not instant at all. I used to do all oil changes there, but over the last year things have changed. They failed a car on inspection due to tinting.. it was 6 years old, never failed before, and passed at the next place I went for inspection. They left a greasy towel in my engine on a previous visit. Two wheel caps fell off after a tire rotation. I won't be back.

After the Saturn dealership closed, we were not sure where to take our 2005 Saturn for regular oil changes and maintenance. We heard good things about the Valvoline Instant Oil Change location on Lawyers Road in Mint Hill and gave them a try. The folks there are very helpful and do a great job with oil changes. They also let you know if you need any additional work in a low key, no pressure way. I also like getting my receipt and coupons emailed to me.
