I signed on with Valerie Mitchener's company, and their agent seemed OK, printed some brochures, and scheduled some open houses. Then the agent didn't advertise the open houses in the paper, never put the house on the a local paper's website, didn't show up to the open houses herself (last one, she couldn't even find anyone to come for her, so I had to do it myself), and then threw a fit when I threw out her out-dated brochures because they had the wrong price in them. I called the broker about it, and haven't heard anything back. Save yourself some time and list with a different company.
