After being nickle and dimed about our trade-in to the point were we were about to walk out the door, our front tire goes flat the next day. After re-inflating it continues to lose air and we have to bring it to a garage due to being stranded. They showed us a defect in the tire where the side wall was bulging out the size of a golf ball. The garage mentioned that if we were on the highway we could have been killed as it would have been a total blowout. We then bring it to the Charlotte Volvo for repair and they send us a picture of another damage where someone had previously patched the tire. We then have the same sales manager for the next 2 months do the biggest finger pointing game we have ever seen. Calling and emailing that they are not responsible. Wow, 3 days after getting the car we had to have it towed and he is finger pointing. It shows what type of operation this is with no concern for our safety and the risk they put us in.

The car was pulling to the right. They told me I need tie rods and something else replace to fix it. After spending $1,000, i picked up the car and had to drive to Fla. The car pulled just as bad. After driving 1200 miles I took the car back and they said the tires needed to be rotated. They did that and now it does not pull. I just wonder if thats all that it needed in the first place ?????

University Volvo has the worst servicing shop that I have ever been too. I took the vehicle in multiple times and every time they would ask me if I had ever been in. They were very unprofessional. They have terrible customer service. They never seemed to be very competent. Every time I would take my vehicle in I would have to bring it back because something else would go wrong. They were twice as expensive as other dealers that I have taken it too. I finally became so fed up that I stopped taking my vehicle to them.

The sales man was fine to work with. They were good about communicating with me. The only concern that I had was that they told me that I could purchase an extending warranty anytime before I hit 50,000 miles and I went in when I was at about 48,000 and they told me that they had changed their rules. I gave them a piece of my mind and they let my purchase the warranty. Other than that they were okay to work with.

They are very professional. They check to see if the service is covered under warranty before they just start charging you. They are punctual with their appointments. They are a little expensive when you do have to pay, but it is expected since it is a dealership. I will continue going to this company for the length of time that my car is under warranty.

They're very professional. They know what they're doing. They communicate well with customers. They're pretty efficient and punctual. I gave them a B on price because I know there's another place in town that service Volvos only and they're a lot less expensive, but it's not really close to me or convenient.

University Volvo completed the oil change as expected but when I picked up the car I discovered my hands sticking to the top of the wheel. I was forced to drive using only the lower half of the wheel. As it was after the service department had closed I returned the car to Volvo on Monday when they opened. What followed was an unpleasant experience for me. They claimed they were not responsible and instead told me that I needed to replace my steering wheel because the car was 6 years old. I pointed out that the car's steering wheel was in acceptable condition when I dropped off and not acceptable when I picked the car up. Thus I felt they were responsible. We essentially agreed to disagree. The service manager promised to provide for me a steering wheel cover. It took 6 weeks for the steering wheel cover to be provided. The majority of contact had to be initiated by me when promised communication deadlines were missed.

THEY HAVE INCREDIBLY POOR ATTENTION TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. THEY WANT TO NICKEL AND DIME ME FOR A $200 REPAIR ON A $40,000 CAR THAT SHOULD BE UNDER WARRANTY. UNBELIEVABLE. I AM SURE BMW, ACURA AND LEXUS DEALERS TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS BETTER.
