I was completely satisfied with the work Jack and his crew did for the first year. My husband did notice that our dishwasher stopped functioning correctly after the counter tops were installed, but I didn't think the two things would have anything to do with each other. I did finally call Jack and he came right out to check it out. His crew had not properly reinstalled the dishwasher and he seemed happy to fix it. He came again the next day and took care of the problem. That was earlier this year. Two months ago I noticed that what appeared to be mold between the granite and the sink. It appears to be coming from behind the clear sealant. I have repeatedly phoned Jack, but he will not return my calls. Last week I called his son Jeff Hansen, the owner of the company. He said that it was probably the black jet sealant leaking through and I should wash it with a 50/50 solution of Clorox and water, but to not get any on the granite. I did try that, but it did not work. He said that it would be an easy fix for his father to take care of and he would have him call me. That was a week ago. I really do not like being lied to and ignored when I am only asking for what I paid for.

It went great. They did exactly what they said they would do, exactly when they said they would do it. Jack Hansen came to our home and measured the counter tops and made the temp-lets. He took this back to his shop and the granite was cut to fit the counter tops. When it was cut, Mr. Hansen and his crew installed the solid slab of granite. This was a wonderful experience for us.

It went really well. I just liked what they did. I liked their pricing and their service.

Mr. Farrell was prompt in returning the calls and setting up an appointment he was very professional and knowledgeable i would recommend him to anyone!

Went great! Came out and gave estimate. Measured and prepared template after cabinets were in place. Installed counter tops in lessthan a week.

Mike was extremely easy to work with, very punctual, professonal & did a great job on our countertops. His estimate was midrange compared to the others we got, but the least expensive one made me very skeptical so his was the best otherwise & I could tell he knew what he was doing. I got his name from a contractor who does bigger jobs (we were not replacing cabinets) and we wanted someone who would also coordinate the plumbing & electrical work at the same time so the we did not have to arrange all the service providers. We did get our original installation day pushed back a day due to another job running over, but other than that we had no issues. We are very happy with our counters and Mike & his crew returned to fix a couple minor things within days after installation with no problems since. He even helped us with an outlet elsewhere in our house that needed a minor fix.
