They were very professional and organized. They repaired my computer the same day I brought it in without having to replace any parts. They called me to explain what they had done and that it was ready to be picked up. They don't have a diagnostic fee and didn't charge me anything.

My phone would not charge, so I called the store and explained the issue in detail. The rep, Trevor, explained that the charging port could be dirty or could be broken. If broken, it would cause $100 to replace it. I took it in, and the tech, Jackson, tried to clean it but discovered corrosion. He said it needed to be replaced. I left it for two hours while the repair was done. The phone is now working fine. While I am upset with Samsung that I had a problem after only about 13 months, I was very pleased with the service from uBreakiFix.

My daughter cracked the screen of her iPhone 5 and her phone stopped working.  The team replaced the screen and found another issue which they fixed.  We brought the phone back 2 weeks later as the battery was losing it's charge and/or not charging.  The team did more analysis and tried another repair plus a new battery.  This did not fix the problem.  The team determined they could not fix the issue, lent us the new battery so we could back up the info on the phone, then refunded us ALL our money as they weren't able to fix the problem!  I was amazed!!  Who offers service like that anymore?!?  They had put hours of work into determining the possible issues but charged nothing for that work as they could not provide a solution.  They were professional and communicated each step of the process, and worked in a timely manner.  I will ALWAYS use them for computer/phone issues and will highly recommend them to anyone.

Fast and professional. These guys did a great job replacing the screen and installing screen protectors.

Everything went well except ittook 4 days rather than the single day estimated.

Dropped off on a Saturday morning, and they kept phone for repair for about 2 hours. Repair was good workmanship, cannot tell the difference from original condition, and price was reasonable.

Dropped off my iPad at their shop in Pineville. Picked it up a couple of days later all repaired. Have been using it everyday for over a year and it still works great.

Good.  they had to order the part, but, they got it fixed overnight.

Tim diagnosed both bad hard disk sectors and incorrect settings in the operating systems. He called me the next day to tell me the laptop was fixed. Difference is night and day. Cost was less than I expected. Very pleased with this service.

I am delighted to report that there are honest people out there and this guy was a diamond. He could have told us it was something major and we needed to spend lots of money to fix it but he didn't. He gave best advice and has therefore got himself a repeat customer as and when anything goes wrong with our household of phones plus I wouldn't hesitate to send friends there.

I have no idea why anyone would ever be skepticle of using this location. Im happy to tell anyone what a great experience I had. 1hour repair promised. Was ready in 1 hour.
No issues at all so far with my newly repaired iphone.
This place truly made my day.
