I had a positive experience including a prompt response to my initial inquiry, a professional and reasonable quote, and a final product that met my expectations. The initial quote specified a number of feet of cracks to patch. The quote assumed only the larger cracks and not the small ‘alligator’ cracks. Rather than not meet my expectations (doing the large and small), Tycoon Sealciating did iit all at no additional cost. It was a pleasant change to work with a small company that is personable and cares about customer satisfaction.

I used Tycoon Sealcoating for my driveway last Thursday. Called them on Monday and they got me scheduled within an hour. I got a quote within minutes of being on the phone with Alaina and she was easy to communicate with. When the team arrived, they were punctual, clean, and very respectful of what my requests were. My driveway is about 0.08 miles long, and it was done when I came back from my errands. I am highly delighted with how everything turned out, no more pot holes, and also fixed a large piece of pavement that was missing from my driveway. Camden and his team left as if they were never there, very clean, very thorough. All in all, my experience with this company was exactly what I needed, and will be recommending them to friends and family.

By the next day Camden and his crew were there, and can I say what a wonderful job they did. I couldn’t believe my eyes.
