Our customer service has gained us regional recognition as we are the 2016 Angies' List Service Award winners here in the state of NC, and we consistently maintain an A rating with the Better Business Bureau along with other community customer service awards in the area. As a result of the above review, I am very sorry that Mr. [Member Name Removed] was dissatisfied with our services. As our mission statement reads per our website at www.strongdudesmoving.com..."We aim to provide professional services that are honest and affordable with respect and integrity to the clients that we serve daily". However, with every move that is confirmed with our company we provide courtesy calls/or text message(s) to our clients 24-hours prior to their move. Unfortunately Ms. [Member Name Removed], in reviewing our schedule I do not see where you actually confirmed your move with us. A confirmed move is placing a security deposit with us to assure you are in fact scheduled with our company. I will work with our staff to assure that we provide clear communication to assure the client understands our booking policy.
