"Our full motion mount supports up to 165 lbs, which is twice the weight rating of [Member name removed] tv. We have installed thousands of these full motion mounts in the Charlotte area alone with A+ reviews. We informed the customer that we were running late on our first appointment, and gave them an ETA of 10:45, which they agreed upon. [Member name removed] was not home during the installation so she does not know the full conversation that we had with her husband. We gave her husband specific instructions on how to pull the tv out and reposition it when pushed back, as well as how to level the TV. He was very pleased with the installation and paid $199. He even praised the professional wrap graphics on the company van and said he would send plenty of work to us. We have before and after pictures to prove that the installation was A+ like all of our TV wall mount installations. Later that day, he pulled the tv out and tried to show his wife how to move it. [Member name removed] began texting me, telling me that the tv was crooked and the arm was bent. I tried to explain to her that the arm is 100% metal and cannot be bent but she didnt seem to understand. Her husband began texting me 30 minutes later. I IMMEDIATELY asked him if he would be available the very next day at 1:00, He said he should be. Next, I asked for pictures and after seeing the pictures, I explained to both [Member name removed] and her husband that they probably pushed the tv back the wrong way. I even explained and demonstrated to her husband how the elbow only went back one way during and after the installation and had him do it for me. I asked her husband to check and make sure the elbow wasn't folded the wrong way. He said it may have been. [Member name removed] and her husband became frustrated while I attempted to troubleshoot the problem while texting over the phone. Her husband sent me a text and I quote..."When my wife asked me to show her how it turns I couldn't get it to sit at any angle straight so I know she cant move it. That alright we'll have someone come out and take care of it. Thanks for your time." An hour later...[Member name removed] texts me and I quote...""Left a message for you, following up on when you will be back out to fix the mount for our tv." I told [Member name removed] her husband would rather have someone else fix the problem. 2 days later, I get this complaint. As a smart business owner, I always go with the husbands decision. I made an appointment to return the next day at 1:00. The husband refused. [Member name removed] wanted more. I let him exercise the option to have someone else look at the problem. We put 110% into every TV wall mount installation but also realize that we cannot satisfy everyone. We suggest that [Member name removed] use an alternate TV mounting service, as suggested by her husband."
