Turn Key Of Charlotte

Called to report the issue the day after I bought it.  They denied there was any problem and told me to add oil and keep driving it.  I dropped it off to my mechanic the next day for him to evaluate, as we were going on a 4 day vacation.  Two days later I called Bryan at Turn Key to report that my mechanic drove it and validated the issue, and asked if they would buy it back from me since they said there was "nothing wrong with it". I was told no way would they buy it back.   That validates to me they knew there is an issue.   Bryan told me to bring it back and their mechanic would check it out "again".  I want to add that the catalytic convertors were replaced (improperly per Nissan)  by after-market catalytic convertors before he sold me the car, but by then the damage was done to the engine.   I asked Bryan at Turn Key to have his mechanic drive it over the weekend and validate it was consuming oil.  I dropped it off on a Thursday, and was called on Friday  and told that the problem had been traced to a defective PCV valve and it was ready for pickup.  Upon leaving, I was told by Bryan that this was all they could do for me.   I drove it home (23 miles) and it was already  quart low.    So we've driven this car a total of about 150 miles and have added 7 quarts of oil.  I contact 2 Nissan Service Reps (specialists in Nissans) and they were very aware of the problem on these engines and the solution was engine replacement.   I called John at Turn Key who was the complaint person listed on the Better Business Bureau web site, and explained my issue and the fact that Bryan was not giving me any satisfaction.  Later that day, Bryan called me back (not John) and we went through the same issues.  Basically, John who was to handle complaints dumped it back onto Bryan.  I asked Bryan to pay a portion of the engine cost and he said they would not.  I requested that any profit they made on the sale of this car to me be turned over to me, and I was turned down on that request also.  Bryan stated he would talk to his 2 partner and call me back.   After 6 days of waiting, I called Bryan back and stated that I had taken it to a Nissan Rep to have the engine replaced by a new Nissan engine (with warranty). Bryan chastised me for not allowing them to take it to yet another mechanic, as it "did not need a new engine" and they could have gotten one for much less then I paid.    There is no way I would let them take this to "their mechanic" and pay for a used engine, as  it could well have the same issue as this one.  I had already overpaid him for a car with a major problem and would not be spending any more money on it through Turn Key. 

The entire experience was stressful and Turn Key did not agree to properly address the issue.  They were in constant denial that there was a problem, yet expected me to keep dropping off the car for them to evaluate.  I've done with them, but wanted to warn others.
