It was fine for a basic request. Bushes were trimmed but no one asked for my feedback or input when the crew arrived or after the job was completed.

Trimming was done as expected. They also used their leaf blower to clean up my yard which was unexpected and appreciated.

Unresponsive and unreliable. Paid for landscaping (over $6,000) work in April and paid within 48 hours of the work being completed. It many follow up calls and a written email stating how many calls to request resolution before the finally came out today. Not a single person on the crew had the courtesy or thought to ring my bell to let me know they were done so I could to one inspect the work before they left. Will not do business with them or recommend ever! I also use/used them for my bi-weekly mow and that relationship is over. Apparently they are too busy to call or send any email or service my account when promised. That said, they will not get another dime from me.

They're prompt, they're responsive, easy to work with. They give us a discount, we live in their neighborhood. When they leave they clean up very well, they don't leave leaves in the driveway.

Despite several emails that resulted in promises to "get right back to you" the wheelbarrow full of rocks still sits at the corner of our home and the waterfall has been unusable since June 20. Copies of all emails are available upon request. In addition to lodging a formal complaint with Angie's List I also plan to file a claim with the BBB.

Turfbound had been providing our lawn care for a little over a year now and I couldn't be happier. Professional and quality service. Phyllis is excellent with communication and always responds quickly to any emails. The communication is what sets this company apart from others I tried to deal with, others were horrible to respond to email inquiries or even phone calls, never an issue with Phyllis at Turfbound.

Turfbound is great.  They work quickly and I've been satisfied with everything they've done so far.

Upon moving here from Alabama, the hunt was on to find someone to do my lawn (Mow, Edge, Trim and Blow).  I can be very picky and believe in, If you're going to do a job .... Please, do it Correctly.  They weren't my first service, but definitely after using them, My Search was Over! 

I'm very pleased with their weekly Lawn Service.  You don't have to choose weekly, but this works best for my type of grass.  Their website was very informative on describing what services were offered and their cost.  I spoke with Phyllis, who was "Not Pushy" on getting me to do costly add-ons.  She was polite, very knowledgeable and put me at ease, explaining, if I wasn't satisfied, I wasn't locked into a contract.

I can't express how Wonderful they are to Provide a Discount for Seniors!  You will understand this, once you're retired. They are truly professionals.  If you searching for Lawn Service, you Will be Pleased.  Thank you Tuft Bound Guys, my Lawn looks Awesome!

We have used Turfbound a few times - a couple of times because our lawnmower was out of commission, and once because we simply wanted a great-looking final cut for the mowing season.  Scheduling was quick and easy over the phone.  The crew were prompt and did excellent work very quickly.  I've been very happy with their work and will not hesitate to call them in the future when we need help with our lawn.

Arrived timely, yard and edging done was as described. Earned discount for being a senior.  No problems with service. Will continue to use in 2015.

They are in and out quickly and the yard looks nice. All of the workers are polite and appear conscientious.

They are great. They are very responsive with requests, schedule changes, etc. they are fast, efficient, professional and always polite. I continue to expand their responsibilities because I am impressed with their work. Very glad I found them.

They started off doing fine. However, there have been some issues here and there. We signed a one-year contract and they have been out four times, but now when attempting to reach them, they will not return my calls. The employee stated that he was going to come back and complete the trimming and mulching. This has not happened.
