They were prompt, professional and polite. The services have been done on a quarterly basis and we have been happy with them. On the one occasion that we did see bugs again, I contacted them and they sent someone out the next day. I would recommend them to anyone.

Today's service was my second with Ethrid and he has spoiled me for all other technicians!  He is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, patient and personable

I specifically told them I wanted to be billed for service and found several charges on my acct that were not approved. I was supposed to pay at time of service. They have provided not result for me. The service was very poor and the hassel of dealing with them was awful.

Absolutely remarkable. We had previously sprayed our home and yard ourselves every few months, it was extra work, not always as efficient as I would like and I always worried about our little dogs. We had a problem with wasps getting into our screen porch. We had ants on a portion of our deck. Carpenter bees were determined to make holes in our deck and screen porch. We had these problems for years and were not having any luck solving them. Truly Nolan came over for our first treatment, we explained our problems and they took care of them. They found where the ants were coming from after I had looked all over and had about given up on figuring that out. All the insects that tried getting into our home, porch, deck and yard were gone! We have two small dogs and the stuff they use was even safe for them, plus the yard stays free of any insects/bugs that would bother them. I could not be happier with the results from the first time they came. After the second time, I cannot imagine life without them treating our home. You have to be home the first time they come, so they can treat the inside of your home. After that they let you know what day they are coming, do the entire outside of your home and yard but you don't need to be home. However, you do need to be home if they come back to treat any inside problems. Just call and let them know about your concerns and set up an appiontment. Everything they do is written down and you get a copy. To sum it up, DO call them and DON'T put it off... you will happy you did.

I have use them since they started, even before they were on Angie's list because they were local they provided great service then and the same applies. Once a year I have them come inside and spray the entire house inside and out for the same price. I would recommend them to anyone.  I give them all AA's

We signed up with a different pest control company, which we were happy about. Truly Nolan bought the company late last year. When we signed up, the contract promised complete pest free,including mosquitoes. However, when I called to complain about mosquito problems, I was informed that it's not part of my plan. I had to pay more if I want to cover mosquitoes too. Anyways, I went ahead and got mosquitoes spray as well, but it absolutely didn't work! After calling Truly Nolan again, the customer service lady informed that the mosquitoes spray would only work after 3 sprays! This meant I would still live with mosquitoes everywhere till the end of summer, when mosquitoes typically go away anyway. I would not recommend Truly Nolan to anyone, it promise the world, but doesn't deliver anything. Waste of money and time!
