THE INSTALLERS, JEFF AND BEN, DID A GREAT JOB. THEY LEVELED AN UNEVEN FLOOR EASILY. THE ONLY COMPLAINT IS THEY OPENED A BOX OF WOOD UNNECESSARILY. THE OWNER, IS UNSCRUPULOUS. WE NEGOTIATED A PRICE PER SQ. FT. FOR INSTALLED MATERIAL OF WHICH HE OVER ORDERED. HE WOULD NOT HONOR HIS QUOTED PRICE PER SQ. FT. AND CREDIT ME FOR UNINSTALLED MATERIAL. BE SURE THE CONTRACT IS ITEMIZED PRECISELY. ALSO, DO NOT COMPLETE A FINANCE APPLICATION UNTIL THE JOB IS FINISHED. HE SUBMITTED CHARGES TO THE FINANCE COMPANY THE DAY THE JOB BEGAN.

OWNER IS VERY NICE BUT INEFFECTIVE. SUBCONTRACTOR WAS TERRIBLE. MADE NUMEROUS MISTAKES. OWNER WOULD NOT COME SEE THE JOB, BUT DID MAKE DEDUCTION FROM THE BILL. HOWEVER SUBCONTRACTOR KEEPS CALLING US TRYING TO GET PAYMENT. WE HAVE TO GET ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO REPAIR WORK DONE.
