Jim Aebly of Triple Crown Restoration brought a wealth of experience to our roofing project. Not only does he have extensive experience in the industry, but Jim was also a very honest and straightforward guy -- a real rarity in this business. Their team came in, and in one day, removed our existing shingles, replaced with new, and completely cleaned up after themselves. They were punctual, professional and thorough. Since this was an insurance claim, Jim also managed all of the interactions with the insurance company on my behalf, including the somewhat painful process of getting reimbursed. We were very pleased, so much so that we referred Jim to a family member for similar work. Would definitely use Triple Crown again!

While they did replace the vent boots, the leak issue continued. They were very responsive up until the Insurance adjuster said that the entire roof did not need to be replaced. After multiple phone calls, texts and emails, I finally hired another roofer who solved the issue and only charged $20.
