I had attempted to aerate my lawn with a pull behind aerator but wasn't really happy with the results. When Rick came out he said the aeration was fine, but they could re-do it if that is what I wanted done. He didn't push to have it re-done; actually it was me more pushing him.
Rick and his team came out on the following Monday and did an excellent job of aerating, seeding and fertilizing my yard. I had dug up some weeded areas and they seeded and put hay down over those areas.
I will say part of what brought me to Rick and Trio was how nice my neighbor's yard was looking.
