We had a horrible experience with Trigg for our remodel / complete gut. What started with excitement and trust quickly turned into months of delays, poor communication and disappointing workmanship. Key elements were either left unfinished or had to be corrected—sometimes more than once—and it often felt like we were managing the project ourselves rather than being guided by professionals. For the scope and cost of the job, the lack of accountability and attention to detail was incredibly frustrating. We’ve spent tens of thousands of dollars more trying to repair the issues that were left behind. We also received invoices that lacked detail and were never clearly explained, despite repeated requests. It often felt like we were being asked to pay without understanding what the charges were for, which added to the overall frustration and eroded our trust. I wouldn’t recommend Trigg based on our experience. If you do move forward, document everything in writing and be prepared to advocate for yourself throughout the process.
