Save your time and money! For almost 2 weeks I had to make contact with this company by sending emails, leaving voicemails that were never returned until after about 10 days. They never responded to my husbands credit report and on mine it was inaccurate by 100 points. This company is scamming people left and right. I already filed a complaint with the BBB and next I'm contacting whistle blowers to make sure this company gets investigated. Completely and 100% unprofessional. Renters BEWARE!

As a tenant, very unresponsive to requests for routine and even extraordinary maintenance requests. For example, we spent the first two months in our rental home without a working oven. This was communicated during week 1 when we did a self inspection. Some of this was the fault of the actual owner, but TR Lawing did not push the owner to live up to very basic elements of our lease with respect to right of quiet enjoyment. When we moved in, there had not been regular maintenance in terms of lawncare, pests, etc. and it cost us extra money to fix into a livable condition. We have requests that we made in the first month of our lease (trash haul away, a working doorbell, etc.) that is still not fixed almost nine months later.

While we do work hard to satisfy every resident and attempt to rectify maintenance issues promptly, sometimes we stumble. As you mentioned, the owner of your home does handle all of the maintenance repairs on your behalf, he has done this from the beginning and it appears he will continue to do so. Understandably, there may be times when we are not alerted that a repair is complete or still outstanding. At any time there is an outstanding repair that is dragging along, please let T. R.
