Cleaning was fine. Maids were late. I paid the maids in cash, but they still charged my card. I reached out to the company several times and never got a response. They took hundreds of dollars from me and never attempted to rectify the situation. If you care about your money, I would NOT recommend. Just find someone else, they are not worth it.

The two people that came out and cleaned it as good as job as they could with what cleaning equipment they had. Big lack of communication between the woman that I explained the job to over the phone and the actual people that came out to clean. Explained it to her thoroughly and wanted her to make sure the people coming out knew what to do and they had no idea.

This cleaning service is amazing. They are punctual, friendly, and so thorough. My house has never been cleaner. The floors shine, there's not a speck of dust to be found, the oven looks brand new, the bathrooms are immaculate... I've used other companies in the past, but nothing comes close to Tina Maids. And. as an added bonus, the house smells fantastic.
