HORRIBLY
Not responsive to multiple calls and texts.
Used Short Cuts to avoid City Requirements
NOT Punctual
Misled Project Duration
In February 2016, sign contracts for SERVICE with The Yard Doctor.  To date, not one (1) project has been completed in its entirety.  After constan phone calls and texts, I was repeatedly told that service would again commence on certain dates.  After those dates had passed, I called again to inquire about service.  He apologized continuously, but never completed the irrigation system, the fire pit, the paver pathway
I have multiple pictures of how he left the back yard including the trenches with exposed water pipes for the irrigation system.  On the last day, he finally came to the house to start work again, and was met at my front door.  I told him that I no longer needed his service and that I would be using a new contractor.  He did offer to show me how to "Jerry" rig the irrigation controls.  I asked him to leave my property.
If anyone is looking for a Landscaper, please allow me to show your samples of his work.

The Yard Doctor cuts my dads front yard on a regular basis during the spring and summer months. They also maintain all of the shubbrey. Last year, we asked that they clean out the back yard which is over an acre of property that had become overgrown and wild, as well as removing the inground pool that is no longer in use. The Yard Doctor removed the pool (thru a subcontractor), leveled the yard, cut the hedges and fallen tree, removed all debris, as well as replanted the lawn. It looks like a totally new backyard! This year, they are maintaining the newly planted lawn as well as the maintenance to the exisiting front lawn and hedges. It looks so much better and now the bullfrogs are gone!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS AND E-MAILS LATER, I FINALLY GOT IN TOUCH WITH HIM AND TOLD HIM TO JUST FORGET IT. HE SAID HE WOULD SEND ME A BILL FOR THE WORK PERFORMED TO DATE. ALSO BLEW ME OFF ON OTHER PROPERTIES. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY.

LEM WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. HE EXPLAINED WHY MY YARD WAS IN THE SHAPE IT WAS, WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE, AND HOW IT WOULD BE DONE. HE PROVIDED ME WITH A MONTHLY BREAKDOWN OF THE SERVICES HE WOULD RECOMMEND AND AN ESTIMATE TO PROVIDE TOTAL LAWN CARE ON A YEARLY BASIS. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
