The appraiser was very knowledgeable regarding the history of the antiques that we asked her to appraise. She also provided tips on caring for and cleaning the furniture. She thoroughly explained the difference between the value of an appraisal for FMV purposes and insurance claim purposes and gave us figures for both. She also told us some interesting stories about the history of many of the pieces.
