They are Saab and Mini specialists and they have been so good with my Saabs. They are awesome. They discuss with me what the problem with the car is and what needs to be done. I can call them and they will give me advice on what they think about something that I might be looking for. They are a good bunch of people. They are prompt and very efficient. Mine is a foreign car and their knowledge about the car is exceptional. The quality of their customer service is above and beyond. Their prices are fair and competitive. I have recommended them. I walk around with their cards in my pocket, and if I see a Saab, I stick one on the car because these guys are excellent.

They fit me in and finished the job quickly. They were much less expensive than the Saab dealer for the same services.

I have used The Swedish Garage Inc several times and they do good work. They are a highly trained group of people that specialize in only 2 types of vehicles and their prices are reasonable. They know what they are doing, the work is done correctly and they did 3-4 things the last time that I went there. They have quality trained mechanics, they are courteous,polite and they know how to run the business. I know they have a good following.

It is a small, family-owned business that wants to get to know their customers and their requirements. They don't recommend things that don't need to be done and they do the job right. They only work on Saabs or Mini-Coopers.

We continue to use their services. Their service has always been excellent. They go above and beyond their call of duty. They are extremely conscientious. They do exactly what they say and when they say they are going to do it.

I was having problems with an intermittent and quot;Traction Control Failureand quot; error, causing the car not to start. They were able to replicate the error and diagnose that the problem was with the ECU, which is basically the brain of the car. They replaced the ECU, programmed it to my car, and updated it to the latest software. They saved me some money by using a salvaged ECU that was in perfect working order. They spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem and didn't charge extra for that time. They also tested everything out to make sure there were no problems before returning the car to me.
My fuel gauge wasn't working (showing empty all the time) and they knew that the fuel level sender needed to be replaced. This is an expensive fix because the fuel tank has to be dropped off the car and it takes a lot of time, but that isn't their fault. Their labor rate is not out-of-line for a specialty shop that has the knowledge to get the job done right the first time.
In addition to their excellent technical and mechanical knowledge, they also have superb customer service skills. Kathy and Russ made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door. They introduced themselves, we swapped some stories, and they thanked me for coming in. I told them that there wasn't much gas in the car when I dropped it off and rather than being frustrated by this, they offered to put some gas in it for me. They called me with updates as the work was being done and they gave me the diagnosis, proposed repair, and cost estimate before starting any work. Their shop is impeccably clean and you can tell that everyone there cares about what they do.
I really appreciate the time and effort they spent figuring out what was wrong with my car and getting it fixed right the first time. This kind of problem can be hard to diagnose and many shops won't take the time to do the job right. My car is running great now and I'm glad to have a shop that I can trust to work on my Saab without taking me to the cleaners.

I spent $568 on that service. I think that their pricing is reasonable. The staff is extremely friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend Kathy and Rus and I have used them for over 15 years. They are easy to get into, easy to make an appointment with and are efficient.

I don’t remember the exact amount. I guess it’s around $80. They are just one of those modern top places which is really good. They are reliable and honest. When they are working on your car, you know that you’re not getting ripped off. I would use their services again in the future.

They were the only place I ever took my car! They are great. They are completely trustworthy.

It was a pleasure to have my car worked on at The Swedish Garage. The appointment was easy to schedule, everyone I talked to was pleasant and helpful. I was called while they were working on my car and advised of things to look/listen for that might signal future service, as the car is 8 years old, and may need some additional work, but was not pressured into fixing anything now. I was advised on pricing for these repairs, and also told about a few things that might extend the timeline between now and when I might need these things done. I was given an estimate that was spot on, and was called to tell me my car was ready before I expected it. A truly exceptional experience. Owning a foreign car can be tricky and expensive, but I feel that my Saab will be in good hands when I take it back to the Swedish Garage.

I wouldn't go any where else. I expect to drive this car 'till ALL the wheels fall off and trust them to see that it happens. They are personable, honest, funny and hardworking. It's a family affair! I only wish I could maybe see less of them :)

They are just great. Once I needed a repair for which they had to order the part, and they drove me to work that was 25 min away. I cannot say enough about the Swedish Garage. They are very honest and make all repairs as pleasant as possible.

The Swedish Garage is the best garage I have ever taken my Saab to. Russ and his team are absolutely phenomenal. Last year, I brought my 6 year old Saab in for service. I think this was my first or second time there. During the tune-up Russ noticed that I had oil sludging in my engine. The folks at the Swedish garage helped me to compile my records from Pittsburgh (from every single on-time scheduled maintenance I had done) and recommended that I go to the dealership and alert them of this situation with my engine (which was ruining it). In the end, I got a brand new engine on my out of warranty Saab (from Saab) because Saab had recommended oil changes too infrequently. Without Russ, my car probably would have died and/or I would have had to pay for a new engine. He took business away from himself to do the right thing for me. I will be a customer as long as I have my Saab! I highly recommend his shop. Plus they have a party every April for all of their customers!

They do excellent work and they make you feel like family.

Russ and his family are terrific. He is very honest and will try to get you the most reasonable solution for your car. I no longer own a Saab, but I told Russ that the worst thing about selling my Saab (I bought an Audi) was that he would no longer be my mechanic.

The dealer had quoted me almost $1,500 more for the same job. I was leaving for the beach for two weeks and my top wouldn't go up. Russ special ordered the parts and installed them within 48 hours. They just performed the 60,000 mile check up and my car has never run better. They are professional, accommodating, honest, reasonably priced, and take pride in their work. What more can you ask for?

They have done outstanding work for me. They were able to solve my problems quickly. They are extremely reasonable. They are attentive to the customer's problems. The only negative is that they ONLY work on Saabs.

This is a family-owned business. They are extremely professional and very courteous. They also seem quite honest. I really felt like I could trust them. They even picked up my wife at our house when she needed a ride to pick up the car. Swedish Garage's prices are also quite reasonable.

VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. WAS LIKE A FAMILY ATMOSPHERE. THEY WILL TELL YOU WORK THAT NEEDS TO BE DONE, BUT WILL BE HONEST IF NOT ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. DON'T FEEL PRESSURED TO DO IT ALL.
