This was our second time using them. Work was very good. There were two extra cracks that had to be repaired and it doubled the price. It was quite a shock when I received the final invoice. I knew it would be more, but did not realize it would be double the original quote. There was a week that passed between initial repairs and sanding, which we were okay with. Would have appreciated a little more heads up that the quote would be double! Overall, they are good to work with, and we would use them again.

As it relates, to the additional work, our original quote was for about 7 - 8 hours worth of work for the initial cracks that needed repair. With the addition of the 2 cracks that added about another 5 - 6 hours worth of joint compound work and sanding to complete the project. This added to the cost, however, I will make sure you will receive an updated quote with change order with any projects going forward.
