We are experienced in second story, roof-off additions as well. In addition to construction, we offer handyman and repair services to our clients, including electrical, plumbing, and hvac repairs and service.

My realtor referred me to Brian Novak of The Novak Group for the major renovation of my property. I emphasized that I wanted a General Contractor that could manage the entire project with minimal input from the homeowner. In addition, I needed to keep the total cost at a reasonable amount. Brian Novak exceeded my expectations regarding all of those criteria.
During the initial consultation, Brian listened very closely to my comments regarding the likes/dislikes that I had regarding my home. This was my first renovation project and I had a multitude of questions. Brian promptly responded to all inquiries either by email or phone within 24 hours. In addition, I received frequent updates regarding the progress of the project on a weekly basis.
I was very pleased that the work site was always clean and organized. For example, any construction debris was removed on a daily basis. Tools and other machinery were stored in empty areas so that the items did not impede anyone from entering the property.
My home is now the "showplace" that I had always hoped it would become one day. I have received numerous compliments about my home from friends, neighbors and co-workers. I will definitely use The Novak Group again for future projects. Moreover, I highly recommend this company for your next project.
