They cancel at the last minute and make an excuse as to why and then when they do finally service your yard don't bet on any kind of guarantee. We had full mosquito infestation in our yard again after only 3 weeks. Disappointed to say the least and the customer service is awful.

In general the treatments got rid of most the mosquitos. My problem came from the fact that twice their technicians left our gate open and our dog ran away. The first time it took an hour to find him and occurred in June. I called the office and sent an email to complain. The lady I finally got to talk to said she would talk to the technicians and was very sorry. One month later, it occurred again. My daughter came home and let our dog out not knowing the Mosquito Troop had been here and they had left the gate open again. Our dog ran away again. I'm thankful to have him back safe and sound. We live near a busy street so he could easily have been hit by a car. I will never have this company back to treat my yard again. Leaving the gate open twice in 2 months is unacceptable and infuriating. I had prepaid for the summer and was told I will get the unused portion back.

"Hi [removed member name], First of all I am very sorry about your dog getting out and the frustration and anxiety my team has caused you and your family. I have three dogs of my own and I would be just as upset as you if that had happened to me. I will refund you for today's treatment and the remaining two treatments. I have spoken to the technicians and they are very sorry about leaving your gate open. I was surprised to her that they were the technicians that did this, they are truly two of my best technicians. One has been with me for three years and the other for two. I can say without a doubt that they were clearly upset with themselves for letting this happen. It seems that one of the technicians went into the backyard to help the other technician finish up and never shut the gate behind him, then exited thru the gate on the other side of the house. I know this explanation does not change the fact that they did not close the gate, but I know these two young men and know that this was just a simple mistake. I purchased a Groupon for two mosquito sprays. I called to make an appointment for the first one, and they scheduled both sprays (about three weeks apart). The first spray went well. They came out on time, sprayed the yard, and I didn't see any mosquitos for weeks. The second time they sprayed, the weather wasn't so good. It happened to rain a little the next afternoon. I had a small cookout about three days after the spray, and a few of my guests got bit. It wasn't terrible, but there were more bugs than I expected. The next day I called the company to complain. The manager was very nice, and very professional. He told me the affects of the spray were diminished due to the rain, and then scheduled ANOTHER spray the very next day. I was surprised how quickly they were able to get to my house for a re-spray. They treated my yard at no additional cost.
Bottom line: I would definitely use this company again. Their customer service was great, and the product works. I had no mosquitos in my yard for weeks.

Paul is fantastic to work with and his team did a great job. We are in a flood zone and had a horrible problem with mosquitos this summer. After hiring Mosquito Troop the mosquitos disappeared! We kept his service all summer long (every 21 days) and were able to enjoy being outside. We will be using him again next summer, a definite recommendation.

The transaction was fast, inexpensive (via GROUPON), and the communication was fast and concise. They arrived when they said they would, got the job done quickly, shut the gate to the backyard. We haven't seen a mosquito since. Will definitely use them going forward.

Called and left a message for Paul on Saturday morning, I was promptly called back and scheduled for a mosquito treatment on Monday. I am very pleased with the results, the mosquitos were about to carry me away the week before. He showed up when he said he would and I am now enjoying the impact of his services. Thanks again!

Paul has been punctual and efficient. He has a great email notification policy where he lets us know right before the next service is scheduled. At that time, we can cancel or reschedule if we need to without penalty. As newcomers to Charlotte, he's been great at advising us on an appropriate schedule and which months we would need his service and when we could do without. No contract necessary, we just pay for services that we use, when we use them.

We received a free first spaying and the mosquitoes were reduced significantly. we also noted a reduction in flies. They explained they will come every 21 days to spray. We did not know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised by the reduction in mosquitoes.
