COMPANY WAS HORRIBLE. DID NOT INSTALL PAVERS TO MFG. SPECS ON PATIO. FAILED TO GRADE AREA AND PROVIDE ADEQUATE INSTALLATION. WAS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK WITH THEM DURING THE JOB. POOR COMMUNICATION. MISSED SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS. FAILED TO INSTALL PROPER DRAINAGE BEHIND RETAINING WALL. WORKMANSHIP WAS SO POOR THAT LANDSCAPE EXPRESSIONS AGREED TO CHARGE US ONLY FOR THE MATERIALS. UNFORTUNATELY, WE PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN WHICH COVERED MORE THAN THE COST OF MATERIALS AND ARE STILL AWAITING A REFUND OF $500. THE COMPANY SIGNED A WRITTEN CONTRACT TO REFUND US THE $500 LAST SEPT. 21, 2000. DESPITE SEVERAL PHONE MESSAGES, COMPANY HAS FAILED TO RETURN A PHONE CALL OR SEND US THE REFUND. THE SHALLY GROUP (WHICH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND) HAD TO REDO THE PATIO COMPLETELY. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND USING LANDSCAPE EXPRESSIONS FOR ANY LANDSCAPE JOB.
