I am a board member of our HOA and we're an aging community., 25 years. I have met with Peter on two occasions and could not be more impressed. Peter is so knowledgeable, he realizes how gutters and downspouts affect water issues, and in Charlotte, water is always an issue. Peter offered many suggestions, and really understood issues in our community. We're looking forward to working with Brothers and Peter now and see a partnership in the future. The work was done well. The amount was not specified beforehand, and I thought that the cost to work on one small portion of my gutter was too much: $200.00. Otherwise, he was pleasant and seemed to know what he was doing. I said "No, I would not hire him again," because next time II would try to find someone who charged less.
