Terry's extermination company came out to the house this past week and did a phenomenal job!! The specialist that came out was on time, very polite and well-mannered, he was also very informative on the products they use and how they were pet friendly. My wife and I will definitely be recommending Terry's extermination company to all our friends, family, and neighbors!! Thanks again for the great job!!

The company comes quarterly to provide exterminating services - outside only.  They are always on time and are very knowledgeable.

We've been using him for about 2 years since we bought our house. They have good prices. They're trustworthy and they do a lot of things. Something that stands out with them that I thought was nice is that he has a good balance with being a little pushy and yet we appreciate that just as a reminder. he is good with how he handles things. Someone in the office will give you one phone call one time about the purchasing of the 90 days service and if you'd like to set up a date or if you choose not to. if you leave a message for them not to call back, they won't bother you ever again because they don't harp on you. You can go in with an entire regimen or anything you want. I appreciate that they don't push me to do the service every 30 days. He's honest in explaining there's so much he can do and even if he did come every 30 days instead of 90 days, there is not so much difference about that. He would put booties on his feet before he comes to the house. Only the owner comes to your house. The employees do the outside spray. They're quick and efficient. If you have any issue or if you see any types of bugs, you can call them within the 90 days and they'll come back for free and re-spray anything that needs to be done. This is the type of company you want to have relationships with.

I have used Terry's Exterminating for 2 years. I have yet to see a bug in my house!!! Terry is always punctual calls me once a quarter to see if I need service! I am able to keep the fire ants in check in my yard be cause he treats the whole yard. He is very educated in the pests and insects in the Charlotte area. I am very pleased with his service and will continue to use him for all of my pest control needs!

I had a terrible problem with carpenter ants and couldn't locate the source of the problem. Terry returned my phone call immediately and was available the same day. He wouldn't give up until he located the ant nests and then he actually cleaned up the mess after he had sprayed. He was absolutely wonderful and will definitely use his services in the future should the need arise. I recommend him whole heartedly. His price was also extremely fair.

Terry is more or less a one man show. He has a solid knowledge base and worked for a larger company in town before striking out on his own. He doesn't make up problems and is happy to give good reports when there are no issues that need a remedy. I had problems with a wet crawl space that resulted in termite damage. Terry recommended a company with which I was pleased (Better Building Concepts of the Carolinas) to repair the damage then treated the whole house inside and out. He used imidacloprid, a generic termiticide instead of brand name Termidor. The house is under warranty as long as yearly inspections ($125) are continued. We had a little miscommunication about exactly when those inspections are due but we worked it out. I plan to stay with Terry for the forseeable future.

Fantastic, I just can't say enough good things about Terry. He is prompt, thorough and professional.

Terry was very prompt and curteous, explaining everything to my wife, who met with him. He arrived on time and finished when expected. Provided all services as promised and cleaned up well priot to leaving. At completion, he gave us written documentation and a diagram of his work for future reference should we sell our home.

We first called Terry when we were having a terrible problem with ants. He came pretty quickly and sprayed multiple times (without additional charge) until he got rid of them (I think it was 3 times.) He also checked for termites without charge, which we had always been charged for by our previous provider for these services. He has been coming quarterly ever since - about 2 or 3 years. He is so pleasant to deal with, always on time, and is very effective in controlling pests. His charge is very reasonable - in fact I keep encouraging him to raise his prices! Although he is charging much less than some of his competitors, he said he did not want to burden his customers with a price increase when they are in this difficult economic situation. I think that is admirable. He always removes his shoes when he comes in the house, which is respectful and thoughtful.

I called Terry after noticing a few roaches in our house. He returned my call promptly and was able to come out within the week-and he got rid of our pests. He offered to put us on a regular spray schedule so we wouldn't run in to this problem again. I said we'd just call him as needed. His office calls us ever so often to see if we need anything, which I appreciate.

Excellent responsiveness. His knowledge of the profession is exceptional and traced an ant infestation from the 'point of attack' back to the nest, rather than just spray and go. Very respectful of home, its occupants and pets with regard to treatments. Excellent exterminator, even better human being.

They gave us good advice on protecting our house. They were very professional, and good to work with. He was very prompt. I believe he saved us a lot of money.

I have been using his services for a year and a half. He comes out quarterly and calls to remind me when it's been three months. He comes when he says he is going to. He is very responsive and accommodating. He will also take his shoes off when he comes in our house. He does good work, we have no bugs.
