In need of a full yard overhaul, we engaged this company to get a design drawn up, agreed upon, and ultimately installed. Trevor was great providing design ideas that we could agree upon that included grading our yard, new grass, all new plants & shrubs, pavers, the whole gamut. An installation date was scheduled, but the company ended up pushing the date out due to what they said was weather related changes. Unfortunately, we have not been able to get back on the schedule. The last few attempts by me to get on their schedule have went unanswered. Very disappointing, and quite frankly unacceptable, as we would have never paid several hundred dollars for a design if we couldn't also have the same company do the installation.

Good solution to address the drainage issue. The work was done well

It went very well. The work was actually completed almost two years ago, but I never entered a review. Now, two years later, the pavers still look great and we've had no issues. We would definitely use this group again. The price seemed high at the time but I think it was fair and comparable to other vendors.

Lacks attention to detail causing the project to run way over time. For example, his team built a good looking fire pit, but didn't install a drain for rain water. I literally have to pump the water out of the fire pit after each rain. He said he would come back to repair, but after many attempts to schedule an appointment, he has not returned my calls to finish the job.

Trevor and his guys did a great job. They finished the project on time and at the price we had budgeted it for. We are going to use Trevor and his team in the fall to help update our landscaping.

Trevor and company did a great job for us. We had recently built a house and needed our entire yard completed. He started and finished the job during the timeline he indicated and we were very pleased with the outcome. There were a couple of items that needed to be addressed after the job was completed and Trevor's responsiveness to correct/fix was outstanding. Full disclosure a couple of shrubs kept dying. After replacing the two dying ones on one occasion, he came back and replaced all 6 at a later date. I seldom write reviews but would recommend Terra Firma to anyone.

Called Trevor, the owner, to set up an appointment to do the work and left a message.  He called me back immediately and we set a date for 5/15/15.  He and his crew came on time and they did a wonderful job.  Everything was cleaned up and my front lawn looked much better than before.

Terra Firma was very careful in the grading process to identify all sewer cleanouts before starting the work. They completed the grading and re-seeding work in about 4 hours and completely cleaned up their mess. My front lawn was a disaster due to tree removal and concrete work before they came. Afterward, all my yard needs is for that grass seed to sprout. Trevor O'Reilly is a very professional and responsive business owner. All questions were answered in a timely manner, and when I needed to adjust the work date due to a scheduling conflict, Trevor was quick to respond and very accommodating. Trevor was recommended to me by a construction supply company (the people who provide the topsoil) as somebody they liked to work with, and now I'd like to expand his reach to AngiesList users as well.
