The guy we deal with is the same one who comes every time, so he knows the house. The overall experience is excellent. I think the price is the going rate. The quality of work is excellent. He is very responsive. I will continue to use Terminix.

We have used them since 1980. I like their employees, as you have to feel comfortable with them coming to your home. They are very thorough on the inside and outside of home. They call you and to remind you of routine inspections, you don't have to call them.

Over the last two years, we have had trouble maintaining the same provider. We still get great and thorough service but it is hit and miss whether we are familiar with who is coming or not.

The technician was knowledgeable and made every effort to put down bait where the ants were and give me instructions. What I did not like was on his previous service he was trying to sell termite protection. I understand he was explaining the risks but I thought it was a little pushy. I recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I pay them quarterly and if I need them to comeback, they don’t charge me anything. I like the fact that they comeback if I don’t think that they did a good job and not charge me too. The guy that comes is extremely friendly and helps me out.

I have used for a long time and they are reliable, well and established. The price is less then starting up with a new company. They will come back if I need extra work at no charge. They work by appointment. They leave me information on what chemicals they use for my service. Any specials requests are honored like checking under my house and the garage.

I am very pleased with them. If I have an issue, they are here within 24 hours. I like their reliability and punctuality. They address all the issues I have. They have been great. I had them for years. I pay them yearly. They are here six times a year as a part of the contract. If I have to call them for anything, it is undue the contract and I pay extra for that.

They have been in business for a long time. I can?t say that we have a lot of interaction with them. They come and do their thing and leave. As far as I know, I feel confident that they are doing a good job, and if we should find any troubles, there would be no problem in getting back out here to fix it. We never shopped around for price.
