Terminix - Charlotte -Termite & Pest Control

I have a contract with them and come quarterly. I haven’t had any further trouble with the termites from the last 8-9 years but that is the extent of their service as far as I am concerned. They do their services right by checking the stations. I haven’t done any shopping around but if any damage has occurred in the house they have repaired without charging.

They used to spray along the bottom of the walls. Now they only spray under the sinks. I am not happy with that. I told them I was not happy and they said that is what their boss told them to do. I am under contract with them. I have to maintain my contract or it will cost me a considerably amount of money. I am not happy but I will continue to use them. I would like to maintain my termite protection.

They are reliable and keep up with the annual inspection and make sure we don’t have any termite damage or any acts of termites and that kind of thing and that is the only thing we really use them for. We take care of our own sort of in-home exterminating. There isn’t really anything to dislike about them. They come and do the job and we have never had any problems. We really don’t have to think about it. We would continue to use them in the future.

I don’t have any problems with them. They message when they are coming. I would use them again in the future.

They went above and beyond to always take of care me all those years. I got a lower rate because I stayed with them all those years. Overall they just did things right. They come back with no hesitation for no charge to do additional work or applications.

Before they came in, I hired another guy and he switched, so we had a guy from terminix and I felt comfortable with him in my house when he was here. Overall, I was satisfied and I would use them again in the future.

We're happy with them, have no complaints, they do what they say, a couple times we've seen bugs, they come out, we see one rep, and he is very friendly. I have not heard anything bad, they have name recognition, and there are no complaints. I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future.

I'm pleased with them enough that I've been in a contract with them for five years or more. I've been a customer for a long time. They do what they're supposed to do without my having to contact them. They come when they're supposed to and they bill promptly as well answering any questions I have for them.

I am not happy with administration, it is terrible. The service person we have is excellent. We were away on vacation and they called and left a message that it was time for our quarterly spraying. When I got back I found a post card in the mail saying that they had set up an appointment, and to call them back if the appointment date was not convenient. I just think they should have tried to call again. For pest control he cleans off all the webs on the outside of the house. He asks if we have had any problems since the last time they were here for the ant problem. He then sprays all over the outside, and inside if I want him to, and in the crawl space. For termite control they bait the traps that are set all around my house and check them quarterly. The overall experience was good. The quality of work is excellent once they get here. I am really annoyed with administration and that has always been the case. I don't like to deal with the person who answers the phone. They guy who comes is very professional but the person who answers the phone is terrible. I don't know if I will use this provider in the future. I want it to be clear that it is not the person who comes to provide the service, it is administration that I am not happy with.

I have not had any problems with Terminix. I have a contract with them. I recommend Terminix. I am satisfied. If I find termites they will come and spray again at no charge. If I find termites, I can call them to come out and spray at any time, and so far I have not found anything.

They were so responsible,came on time. Niceley checked up to insure good service.Came in person 2 times after service was done,to insure our overall satisfaction. The Angies list coupan gave us 50% discount on pest control for first time,so the total 4 times a year became 350$.

I have a yearly contract with them. I really like their customer service. They are very good. Their actual work has been pretty effective. They come out monthly. Some of the services they have are monthly, some are quarterly.

We have a monthly contract with them. We've been using them for six and a half years now. We have two services with them. We have an annual contract for termites and a quarterly contract for pest control. They inspect all the termite traps and if one of them is broken they replace it. When they do the pest control they spray and go into the crawl space as well. They usually ask us if we are having any problems with any specific critters. They've also done some mosquito prevention which has worked really well. They are expensive but they are great. I just know it's a pretty big chunk when we get the annual contract.

We had a yearly contact with them. Larry Helmes was the representative that we used. He always did a good job. He was also very thorough and friendly.

They come out immediately if you need them. They services are very effective and I will continue to use them.

They come out every four months. They call me in advance to set up an appointment. If there are ever any problems between your visits in your contract, they will come back and treat your home again for free. I am very happy with their services.

Travis with Terminix came out to do a one time visit. He was very professional, friendly and we felt like we got a lot of value for our price. He did what we felt were extras that we weren't expecting but were just part of the service. He even knocked down the spider webs on the outside of the house and was very careful with our pets. I would definitely recommend Terminix and Travis P.

I have a contract with them and I have them come out regularly. I have 2 contracts with them. One if for yearly termites and one is quarterly to come and do general pest control. The quarterly fee is $127. I had them for a long time and for a majority of that time I had the same person come out and that is really nice. She no longer works with them and so I have a new person though I haven't got used to him as yet. He seems to really care and does a good job. I think the price is competitive compared to what others are charging. When I call them they are here. Every once in a while there are things that come up between my quarterly visits and they don't charge me for that.

They are reliable. You can call them if you have a continuing problem and they come out but don't charge you. They are reasonable and dependable. They keep the pests under control.

They are very courteous and conscientious. I have a service contract with them, and the price is a couple of hundred dollars a year, which is a comparable price. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.
