Talley Properties has specialized in midrange to high end residential and commercial property management since 1980. A little over two years ago, I invested in 15 condos in Charlotte and long story short, I foreclosed on them. Living 6 hours away, I needed a trustworthy property manager who could handle issues as they arose. After speaking to several Realtors in the area who specialize multi-unit investment properties and reading some online reviews, the choice was clear: all roads led back to Talley. This was an unusual situation because I had a potential buyer for the units and was only anticipating a one-month engagement until we went to closing. Most property management companies wouldn't have bothered or would have RUN. Talley did not, and what was originally was supposed to be a one month term has extended several months.
Tony has been highly responsive, very flexible, sought out economical ways to fix the units, and helped me resolve issues with tenants who had not paid rent for several months under previous management. Talley does not own their own repair services so unlike some other companies that do, they're not price gouging me for repairs that don't need to be done. In fact, I know Tony's recommendation of one contractor saved me at least $500 to re-key the units.
Another owner of a property management company in another state spoke with Tony and commented to me, "Tony is the real deal." I couldn't agree more. I have had a great experience with Talley and highly recommend them.
